5 Best convenience store in Carrollton, Texas (TX) 2024

I would give it zero stars. This location is incompetent and unprofessional!!! I went to the drive thru yesterday, and I needed a prescription for an ear infection (urgent care already sent it in). The lady at this CVS told me I had to I had to come back the next day (which is today). She just didn’t want to fill it and do her job. That’s problem number 1. I went back to CVS first thing this morning and they tell me they see my insurance info but the birth date is incorrect, so they can’t give me the medicine. That’s problem number 2. I went inside b/c at this point, I’m irritated. They acted like they didn’t see me and didn’t want to acknowledge my presence. Finally the lady comes to speak to me, but just re-iterates the same info. Problem #3. I ended up going to another CVS and literally had no issues. They were able to quickly pull up the insurance info and assisted me. I will never go back to this CVS again and I hope it gets shut down or at least better staff! ~Ashleigh

Filthy, sticky fountain drink area with no cups stocked during lunch time. Employees just standing around, seemingly not caring. Location has definitely went downhill since it opened. ~Celesta

It used to be an 'ok' store to grab your needs, but the A/C has been out for 3, 4 months now. They close at random times of the day because it is too hot. This seems like a corporate issue. Corporate seems to be whom is not willing to fix this, causing the employees to lose hours, and the store to lose sales. The Dollar general in the 75007 area is good, even has some produce. ~The

My wife and I actually quit using this pharmacy a couple of years ago but here is today’s story. I’m in the hospital and the doctor asks where to send my medications for pain. So I said to use this pharmacy and we will do some verification prior to them getting my prescriptions. We call. We ask if they have this particular pain medication. They verify YES. Ok. We will have the doctor send it right over and here’s the current insurance. No Problem she says. We will have it ready by 1:00 she says. Sounds perfect. Get me checked out of the hospital and then home. She then goes to the Walgreens and it’s been canceled and there is Nothing filled. She just flat out lied to us. Oh, across the street isn’t any better. These people Do NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS. ~Mat
