Just left this store picking up medication from the pharmacy. It was an over-the-counter med however I wasn’t offered any type of instructions or education. wasn’t asked if I had any questions which to m wase demonstrates poor customer service. I am a nurse, so I have plenty of patients that will go and pick up medication from the pharmacy and will call me because they don’t know how to take the medication so if you have a family member especially elderly and you are sending them to this Walgreens don’t expect them to give them any type of instructions on how to take their medication UNLESS they ASK! and the and the tech that works there was very rude no name on the receipt or anything! BEWARE

I called to ask when they can take Passport Photos. They replied until 10pm. I confirmed that they had someone on duty. Get there, "you were misinformed" with attitude... Went to CVS!!!

It doesnt make sense to do "buy 2 get 1free" promos when you reduce the free items even though you have stocks in-store and then when i call they tell me they cannot change it anymore cause its already prepared. I did not get both of the free items i was expecting to get. I still got most of my discounts and manufacturers coupon. I feel scammed into ordering those quantity of items just because i wanted to meet the quantity requirement to get the free. And yes i checked the in-store stocks to find out if the email sent to me that its out of stock is true to justify removing the free items. There were stocks and i just feel scammed.

Terrible customer service, also did not honor advertised prices on shelf and tried to charge me per item when it was clearly marked 3 for 6.00 also card reader shut down mid transaction and restarted and I watched as 3 others checked out before me. Don't know if it was the cashier or what was going on. Sadly over the years this place has gotten worse and worse. Done with walgreens unless absolutely necessary. Seriously who shuts the computer down mid transaction. If I get charged I'm going to dispute and seek legal action

My wife and I actually quit using this pharmacy a couple of years ago but here is today’s story. I’m in the hospital and the doctor asks where to send my medications for pain. So I said to use this pharmacy and we will do some verification prior to them getting my prescriptions. We call. We ask if they have this particular pain medication. They verify YES. Ok. We will have the doctor send it right over and here’s the current insurance. No Problem she says. We will have it ready by 1:00 she says. Sounds perfect. Get me checked out of the hospital and then home. She then goes to the Walgreens and it’s been canceled and there is Nothing filled. She just flat out lied to us. Oh, across the street isn’t any better. These people Do NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS.

Arrived for covid 19 test at scheduled time. Told that there was two tests taken I'm fron of me and it would be 15 minutes before I could take my test. Come back in 15 minutes. Drove to back of line. Line doesn't move for 20 mins. Come back to window to find out machine is broken. Please go to another location. Another line which I can't wait im because I am out of gas and have another appointment. Wife begged for me to be able to come back next day. They are totally booked. Wasted an hour for nothing.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. Waited over 20 minutes to pick up a prescription in the drive-thru for my postpartum daughter-in-law. She had received a text saying the medication was ready for her. It wasn't. Representative says it'll be 30 more minutes. No apology. I wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Then go inside store where line is 8 people deep. Same rep now says the wait will be 45 minutes to an hour. I tell her she told me 30 minutes 30 minutes ago. She says "well it's really 2 hours." (WTH didn't she say that to begin with?) No apology. Now I'm back 2 hours later and have typed this entire review while waiting in line for the 3rd time. Ridiculous. Avoid this

Normally I wouldn’t leave a negative review because I understand when things are hectic and scattered and that it’s not always, or usually, the business or it’s workers faults. But I’ve tried for days to get a prescription filled and am now out of the medication that I need. This store had the prescription in stock a couple days ago but there was an insurance issue, which was fixed the same day, and yet I wasn’t able to get ahold of the pharmacy again until the next morning. When I did, I was told it would be ready by a certain time, but it wasn’t. I called the next day, today, and still wasn’t ready. The pharmacy has to re-submit my prescription and told me it would be ready within an hour/hour and a half. Time goes by and still not ready and then I call the pharmacy and STILL can’t get ahold of anyone. So I go in, ask for my prescription and they tell me due to it being the weekend and a holiday, it’s taking longer to deliver the medication. Which I understand. But I’m told they will fill the prescription and it will take 15-20 mins and I’ll get a text when it’s ready. I wait in the store. Over 20 mins go by so I stand in line and wait. I get a call from the pharmacy, while I’m still in there, and they tell me that my prescription is out of stock. So why did I wait for over 20 mins for it when they never had it? The communication here sucks. I want to be patient but I’m out of my medication and have tried for a few days to get it sorted it out. Please be wary using this location

This particular Walgreens has dropped the ball on me SO MANY TIMES but today I reached my limit! I was diagnosed with covid this morning and my prescriptions still aren’t ready. I called in and talked to a man who put me on hold and said he was checking with the pharmacist and would be right back. He NEVER came back. I ended up hanging up and calling back… the phone was answered and I was continuously placed back on hold without anyone saying anything. Just answering the phone and putting me on hold over and over again. I am FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy EVER. After I pick up my prescriptions I will never do business with Walgreens again. Walgreens doesn’t value the lives of their customers and the vital role they play in providing us with our prescriptions !!!!!!!
