Everybody was super friendly and they fit me in on a very last minute basis. I will definitely be using them again in the near future to get two additional tires.

This NTB is dishonest and I will not buy tires from them again. I bought 4 new tires plus the road hazard insurance in December of 2019. With that, they also rotate my tires for free. Every time I get the tires rotated, they try to sell me something I do not need, like shocks at over $1,000. Every time. Most recently, I had a very flat tire that needed replacement, and they tried to sell me a whole new set of tires. My tires have only gone 25,000 miles in two-and-a-half years, which is only half their life. Plus, the NTB road hazard insurance is worthless. They wanted to give me $28 toward the one new tire I needed. Do not make the same mistake I did. Go to Firestone or Discount Tire or someplace reputable.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars i would ! DO NOT USE NTB . My brakes went out in a Year . Then once i go back to dallas to NtB they tell me they cant find my information ! BRAKES ARE TRASH USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE OTHER THAN NTB

My girlfriend took my car (which she drives daily) to NTB for an alignment and possibly a new tire. After the fact, I found out that they talked her into 4 NEW tires, a fuel level sensor and new brakes. They also said she needed a new catalytic converter...which I had replaced 2 months ago! Here's the "funny" part: I am a trained mechanic and the only reason I allowed her to even let them touch my car is that I recently had back surgery and couldn't work on it myself. Even "funnier": i just replaced the brakes less than six months ago, and when I found out what they had done, pulled one of the wheels and... surprise...the brakes that they supposedly replaced were the exact ones I replaced...although the brand they use aren't the same brand as on my car!!!!! They are the brand that I put on!!!! My fiance was trying to do a nice thing for me and help me out so I didn't have to do the work myself. They took advantage of her, and it will NEVER happen again. I will see them in court!

We went in yesterday 07/03 for a potential flat tire, ran thru some pallet wood on freeway the night before. they said they fixed it but they didn't. This morning had flat tire again!! So we waited for 2 hrs yesterday was a joke?! Luckily we arrived safely to Houston, imaging we had flat tire again in the middle of the road back to Houston?! It's so hard to find a trustworthy business these days!

Called them for a quote for a spare tire for my car and they refused to give over the phone. The representative said I would have to physically come in and show him my vehicle for a tire price quote. Discount tires, thank you for quoting me over the phone and not playing silly sales games. In the end, Discount tires won my business hands down.

9 days ago I had 2 new front tires and alignment done for 265 dollars. Though I felt the van was pulling to the right immediately as i was driving to Kroger, i wanted to test it on a hwy. I drive local mostly. However, I have a trip to Indiana tomorrow so I took a short drive on the hwy and my suspicion was confirmed. so I immediately drove over to NTB and asked them to realign. Only 9 days, less than 150 miles and I was charged for realigning again. I have lived here for over 20 years and only 2 miles from NTB. In the past I have bought my tires and all alignment from this shop and have paid thousands of dollars for my Mercedes, Lexus and Toyota. I told the advisor that if you charge me, I will pay but he will certainly lose my business in the future. He didn't care, acted hard nose and said once i drive off the vehicle there is no warranty for alignment. Told him that doesn't sound right. So for 20 dollars he has lost my future business. A good advisor should not lose neighborhood business. Nor lose a good paying customer. I have 2 vehicles, 3 rental property in this neighborhood and will certainly advise my tenants not to use NTB as well. Update the next day : I am on the road to Indiana from Texas and the vehicle is still pulling to the right. NTB charged me for alignment, it was pulling right, I took it back and they charged me AGAIN for alignment and said there is no warranty. I am on the HWY and it is still pulling to the right still. THIS IS A TOTAL RIPOFF

Just when you think there's no good people in this world, here comes Calvin and his team to prove otherwise. Specifically Calvin has been helping my mom for years. As women, Calvin tells us the real deal without taking advantage of the situations. The prices are fair and the team is truly so sweet and understanding. I've started coming here instead of the dealership and I'll never go back. Calvin and his team made sure the stuff the dealership was telling me that needed urgent attention was actually nothing more than a payout. I sincerely thank the team and Calvin here!
