My family and I just moved into the area. We decided to grab something quick. While we waited on our food in the lobby, there were flies everywhere and all the tables were disgusting. There were atleast 30-40 flies in the front window alone. After we got our food, we decided it would be cleaner to eat on the floor of our new home than in this McDonald’s lobby.

They overfilled a blue slushy and spilled all over the interior of my car. They can’t count to six. The 6 piece nugget had 5. When talking with the manager her remedy was 1 free nugget order. Because that fixes the mess in my car… IQ of 42 required to work there (not talking about people with disabilities they do a better job). It takes 2 seconds for quality control on items going out the window.

Waited 25 min for my food and then went inside so find out they are dirty and flys all over place and no service till I kinda scream for help..so never again.btw mangers are rude..

This is by far the DIRTIEST and most unorganized McDonalds I have ever visited. EVERY trash can was overflowing. French fries all over the floor…remember, we were there for breakfast so filth had to be left over from the night before. Took 30 min to get our order and orders were wrong judging by the many customers coming back to the counter with orders in hand. This has nothing to do with short staffing but with organizational skills. I’ve worked fast food and there is no reason for it to be this dirty. 7/17/2022. 9:30a -10:30a

Did take out because drive thru didn't know how to do their own specials ($3 bundles) they were trying to charge almost $28 for three $3 bundles and were being rude. I was able to go in and easily do it myself at the kiosk. Still ended up waiting more then 15 minutes for food while watching the 4 people actually working serve drive thru and Uber orders first. Won't be going back to this location.

Had to edit this one. Cassandra the manager thinks that fighting with customers is "doing their best". There also appears to be no need for an apology when there is a screw up. It's a fast-pace place generally run by kids. Mistakes happen. When they do, apologize and fix it. Don't fight with your customers.

Typical McDonalds. Was able to order my meal using the digital kiosks in store. Food was prepared quickly and staff was friendly, they delivered the food to my table.

Had to use the kiosk. When order arrived did not allow enough plates for each person. Seems like this is the direction fast food will go but not easy while watching a 6 and 8 year old at the same time as punching in the order....probably won't go go back again. Plus there are no breakfast kids meals. 🙁

Is this what a deluxe chicken sandwich looks like?? You should be embarrassed. Everytime I visit this location there is an issue. Starts with having dumb a$$ young kids running the place. Asked if the deluxe chicken sandwich came with pickles and the response I got was "I don't know". How do you not know? You freaking work there. I will NEVER spend another penny here.
