If you need a gift or something personalized this is the place to go. I took needed something done for my daughters Halloween costume and they took care of it! I dropped it off and it was ready within a hour. They saved the day.

I called to see if the backpack that I ordered was ready and there calling system is horrible is was beeping and there was loud screeching and when they did anwser they told me to describe the backpack and I did and they hug up

Brought in a last minute gift idea to be monogrammed and the ladies were phenomenal. They showed exactly what the monogram styles, placement, and colors would look like on the computer. While one was assisting with my order, you couldn't help but notice the others paying careful attention to detail with orders they were readying for previous customers. Making sure the stitching was sound and without any flaws. To top it off, my order was ready in a couple of hours! I will absolutely continue to do business with them and highly recommend them! Thank you again ladies!

First,they wouldn't let me leave my phone number and told me to come back in two hours. When I got back in four hours they said that they couldn't find the monogram I wanted and were waiting to hear back from their boss. I explained that situations like this is why they should let customers leave their phone numbers. So, I got a call the next day that my backpack was done and I had my sister pick it up because I was at work. Not only did they not put the correct size on that I requested they also sewed the pocket shut on a very expensive backpack. I get that they have young girls doing the work but this is simply unacceptable.

Had my daughters rain boots monogrammed. They told me it would stick and stay on. They came off with in a few days. I took them back to see if they could do it differently or just refund my money. They did it again the exact same way and assured me it would stay on. It didn't. The monogram came off with in a few days again. I just gave up on it.

They ruined my $130 Vera Bradley backpack. The monogram was not legible and slanted. I ended up shipping it back home and luckily got it fixed.
