The workers were friendly and nice. They have crispy creme donuts. They got an ice cream that's dipped from the freezer. I think it's dipping dots. I'm not quite sure though. They even have some chicken place. I don't know the name, but they cook hot food now. I haven't tried it but it was smelling good. They got an ATM machine. My experience was overall good. ~Jessica

Brought in a last minute gift idea to be monogrammed and the ladies were phenomenal. They showed exactly what the monogram styles, placement, and colors would look like on the computer. While one was assisting with my order, you couldn't help but notice the others paying careful attention to detail with orders they were readying for previous customers. Making sure the stitching was sound and without any flaws. To top it off, my order was ready in a couple of hours! I will absolutely continue to do business with them and highly recommend them!
