The atmosphere at this place was continuously noisy and unsettling. The issue was with one employee especially. She could not stop running her mouth the entire time I was here, talking about things and using language that were completely unprofessional, even dropping one F-bomb and putting her finger inside her mouth to pick out food. It's amazing how the actions of one employee can completely change the dynamics of a restaurant. Another issue that seems to be a frequent occurrence at many McDonalds restaurants is running the air conditioning so high that it dries out your eyes.

Food is ok if you like McDonald’s food. We go for the frappes and lattes mostly. In the afternoons and evenings the crew rarely gets our coffee order right, they aren’t very friendly or helpful, and half the time they’re cleaning the espresso machine or frappe machine and you don’t get your order at all. The morning crew is great and friendly, usually no problems at that time of day with our orders.

I just do not care for tepid or barely warm food, especially fries and a sandwich that was made in a race that as long as the meat cheese and bun are inside the wrapper they're good to throw it out. This has hit to br the worse of the fast food joint never again golden arches

This locations decor was very unique and comforting. Food was fast and fresh.Only thing that topped this stores decor and food was it's service. Paula and all the others ( sorry did not get their names) were true five star top of the line service providers. Store was a prize winning example of fast food excellence and creativity. Big thanks to them all and may the Good Lord richly and continually bless them all. Kid-friendliness: No ammenities such as play areas.Yet staff was awesome and made whole family feel great.

Everyone here is so friendly! I use my app to get coffee and it is quick and fast. I love their Carmel iced coffee! If you haven't tried it, download their app and get it for 99cents! You can't beat it. I especially love that no matter how early or late everyone is very friendly! This is my favorite McDonald's location! I love Alma and this place is one of the many reasons!!

Food is usually fresh when we go. Occasionally cold fries. The workers are not very friendly and seem miserable. When in the drive thru when ordering the person says "what else", that just seems rude. I worked at restaurants when I was younger and was taught to speak to people respectfully...... Just went here again and my drink was not filled all the way. It was for my son that doesn't need too much soda so I didn't complain. But if it was mine I would have asked for more.

Pathetic!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Everytime I visit this establishment, I have to remake my burger. There is never anything (condiments or fixings) on the burgers that is supposed to be on them. I bring it home and put everything on myself. Give them all raises and pay them $15 an hour immediately!!!
