Do not stop here just keep driving. They are rude and have bad customer service. They offered a special that they didn't have. Wouldn't keep the price they offered. We asked for plates and were refused any they said they didn't have any. And they chicken was dry and hard, like if it was old. And didn't provide any napkins.just go somewhere else.

I only gave them this place one star because my husband’s spicy chicken sandwich was good. We went to a KFC a few months ago and the service was friendly and fast and the spicy chicken sandwiches were so tender and delicious. The serving of chicken was huge. Our second experience was just ok. This particular KFC makes me not want to eat there again. After waiting for 15 minutes for our food, the server said they only had one spicy chicken sandwich and that we would have to wait at least 10 minutes for them to make another one. We opted for chicken tenders and then had to wait for them to cook some fries. The tenders were tough and the fries that were supposedly just out of the fryer were stone cold. The bathroom was mediocre and they were out of paper towels.

If I could give negative stars I would. Website says open until 9pm. Came thru on a Friday evening and they closed at 7pm. Following Sunday evening tried to stop by again (6:30pm) and they closed early. Not enough staff. Somebody in management needs to go to Road Ranger and talk to the manager of Wendy's. They have plenty of staff and are always laughing and talking with everyone. This store definitely needs new management if they can't get or keep what workers they have.

The gas station accord the street (road ranger) is cleaner, has better staff, and food more delicious than this KFC. I am being completely serious when I say go to the road ranger, it is a great establishment and puts the fast food to shame.

I stop by on my way back from Alabama, it was close to 5.pm..You would think at that time of day people would stop by and pick supper on the way home etc..I understand being short handed if that is the case..But the chicken was old and had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours..I've never had chicken that actual inside of chicken was dryer that the crust...it was old and very dried out..I called to talk to the manager and she thought it would be cute to keep calling me sir...called corporate and that was no help...If your passing thru.You may want to keep passing this one and try the next town over..js

We knocked on doors,their reply was “dining room closed “ our reply was “ people have been waiting in the drive through for a while”. They yelled to get the orders, the girl working drive through said “ I had my headset off”. Really...??? A lot of people were mad!!

Steer clear, turn away and go anyplace but this KFC!! Arrived at the drive thru at 8pm. No one in front of us, we kept saying hello, thinking maybe they were closed. Few minutes later, someone comes on to take our order, we had to repeat it twice and she still repeated it back wrong so we corrected her. Finally get to the window, pay and girl is not friendly (maybe we interrupted her night of doing nothing), get the food, leave. Get to the main road, pull out fries which were hard leather and cold. Definitely under the heat lamp for hours. Then onto the two chicken sandwiches, the same, hard and dry and heat lamped for many hours. Disappointed, I call as we hit the highway still hungry, no answer. On to website, no place to leave a review or message, so here is my review for all to see. Signed, hungry in Brinkley
