My boyfriend and I ordered KFC through UberEats and our Uber driver called us literally like 10 minutes later after arriving at the venue and told us they had no chicken. KFC did not tell us and they did not make it unavailable online on the app and they did not close their restaurant as they had literally no chicken as well. They tried to send our driver home with just the sides of mashed potatoes. Be sure you actually call the restaurant before you order here to make sure they have chicken.

Wouldn't suggest this location. They got most of our order wrong, what we did get tasted old and greasey. And they even left 2 things out. Like how do you forget the gravy when someone orders tatters and gravy??? Told them multiple times "No tomatoes. The person getting this is allergic. " and guess what was in the meal??? TOMATOES!!!!! They even accused us of lying about the missing food. Like really people, I am not trying to steal your freaking gravy. I just wand what I paid for!!! NEVER GOING BACK. From now on when I get take out food I am going to check it right in front of them. But it won't be from the location that has a Taco Bell in it. Unprofessional blankety blank employees.

Some days the service is slow, so don't go if you're in a hurry. I like the new Mac and cheese bowl but sometimes it could be warmer. I visit the KFC on Southwest Dr.

Order was shorted 1 coleslaw and 1 biscuit. We called but was given the excuse they are understaffed. This is little help when you are already home with order. Also the chicken was way over salted.

Southwest Dr is the worse KFC in Jonesboro. I stop here every week before dropping my daughter off at practice and every week there is an issue with our order and I've tried to have understanding because I usually catch it before I leave and they correct it immediately but the last 2 visits I've made it home before noticing and when you call its do u want to come 🗣NO I DON'T WANNA COME BACK I WANT U TO FIX MY ORDER RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! Have u seen gas prices and then what they give me always cost less than what I paid for and I still haven't seen that refund from that over charge! Yeah Im over this place and the sad part is it's right beside Fowlers office. U only get 2 stars for the food.

Staff unprofessional, talking with loud profanity and I heard one crew member speak about the food "lookin' nasty." A younger black man seemed to be the only person there who cares about his job and wait times were very long. Frustrated customers all around due to very long wait times. EDIT: Customers came in after close and a lady yelled at them over agressively "OUR LOBBY IS CLOSED" one man really frustrated because he had been waiting nearly an hour. My food was cold, hard, not even remotely fresh.
