The best fried chicken to touch my lips! Seriously it was delicious, crispy, and full of flavor. Store was clean, great selection. And the restrooms were clean. My only complaint is restroom door in ladies room, the door crack is so large you might as well leave the door off as you see the person using the toilet when you walk in.

Grabbed some snacks and drinks for a road trip. Beef stick was moldy, and once my child saw it after eating a portion of it, he vomited in my car. So after going in, checking myself out, bagging my own goods, having to find someone to approve alcohol sale (without bothering to actually check ID), then I get to deal with this for a road trip, now hoping he doesn’t have a reaction since he’s also highly allergic to mold. Won’t happen again.

Above and Beyond!!! The tray broke cracked in half, I was devastated, called the store spoke to "Ron" manager forgive me if I get your name wrong he said he could not then called back after speaking to distract manager and stated they would replace the order and even had degreaser and paper towels so I could clean my car as they cooked new order...Thank you!!!! This doesn't happen alot these days Good Customer Service!!!!!

1/12/21: Excellent service, delicious spicy chicken waffle sandwich! Found my new go to morning stop! Keep up the great work. Update 11/19/21: Changed rating from 5 to 2. Food is still good, but this store has a bad habit of having promotional signs with prices they will not honor. Has happen multiple times and all I get is a confused stare and they response "I'm sorry not sure why it wont do the discount." Has been my exclusive gas/convenience stop for almost a year but will probably go back to Sheetz

Walked in tired and hungry, didn't quite understand the ordering process. Staff was very helpful and I got the meal I wanted. Excellent service and good food! I will be returning when I'm in the area again.

Not too long ago I was in this particular Royal Farm as I am most days. I overheard the assistant manager Zack that he was leaving early and this other employee needed to stay. The other employee stated that he was not qualified to work in the deli as he was not aware of how to make most of the sandwiches. And that he had no information on how to sign in to the registers. The second employee who did not have a name tag so I do not know his name and I apologize for that, proceeded to say he knew how to fry but his primary job was sock in the cooler and dealing with trash. At this point Zack proceeded to tell him that it did not matter he was just there to be a second person so there was two people in the store and that he was leaving. Corporate management is not any better as I did file a complaint online. I was initially impressed as I received what appeared to be a caring email from the "district manager" or at least that's what his email implied. I wasn't sure that that is not how they run their store and that appropriate actions would be taken. I was in the store just recently I'm the same assistant manager Zach was in there he was mistreating employees talking down to them as they if they were beneath him.if this is the way that management wants to work and corporate wants to allow it to happen this is not a place I will go to. I realize that the lack of me stopping there, we're not hurt their business in any way shape or form. But hopefully others will read this and pay attention.

Chicken was awesome... BUT !! Don't bother getting any sides. Almost $5 for hardly any mashed potatoes and about 2 tablespoons of gravy for a "large" side.. Ridiculous! !
