Pohanka Hyundai service department is fair and upfront. No hard sales. I requested additional service beyond what was scheduled and they were able to accommodate me. They provided a driver to take me to lunch and back. Waiting area has plenty of seating, plus desks to work at and a kid’s area. I highly recommend.

Have bought four cars through this dealership. I can’t begin to say how much they have helped us get into the car that we wanted not just the one that we could settle on. Sales people were patient and not too pushy. I understand it’s their job. Overall great experience and we just took my father-in-law to get a new car today!!

My experience with Pohanka Hyundai Service Center of Fredericksburg has been nothing, but exceptional. I moved here just about a year ago and was already extremely worried about working with a new service center other than the Hyundai service center I went to and was very happy with in Fairfax, VA and honestly this location has exceed all my expectations! I normally work with Rubi and she is so professional and kind. She is incredibly thorough in explaining what is recommend and let me know costs up front. I highly recommend her. Also the manager Fred was incredibly nice, helpful and professional as well. I came in a bit later in the afternoon and they were just so beyond ready to help and just a wonderful experience all round! This is an amazing team everyone is smiling and looks like they actually enjoy their jobs. It’s good to see, so keep it up you guys are amazing and deserve all the kudos. Thank you for all your hard work it does not go unnoticed.

With no appointment I was greeted immediately by Ruby who quickly set up the complimentary service for our 2020 Santa Fe. Ruby advised me that the service would be completed within 1 hour 20 minutes and the service was completed in about 1 hour. Ruby is a keeper as she is so positive and has such a great demeanor and clearly understands the importance of the customer experience. My only disappointment was no complimentary car wash as in the past service experiences.

I recently had several major issues arise unexpectedly with my car. Ruby helped me through the process every step of the way...big time. I had 3 factory recalls, one of which was a tie rod replacement. Ruby ordered the required parts and coordinated the labor so that I could get this work done in one appointment. While there, the technician noticed that I needed a new valve gasket, steering coupling, and serpentine belt. Initially I thought I'd have to come back another day since the service department was so busy, but Ruby was able to work my car back into the day's schedule. This dealership seemed nice. The service technician that I met was friendly and knowledgeable. Ruby is awesome!!!

Wish we knew before now! A week ago, my wife and I dropped our 2019 Hyundai Tucson off at the Pohanka Hyundai Service Center of Fredericksburg to have a new transmission, catalytic converter, new tires, and an exterior air filter installed, as well as pick up a rental vehicle to drive while waiting for our personal vehicle. Our whole experience was wonderful!!! Mr. Ryan was very professional, knew his products and services, was very courteous and very patient. He did not show any intention of trying to price gouge us or push more on us than we needed. I even noticed while we waited our turn, he gave every customer the same level of customer service. That is impressive! This is a true example of stellar customer service. We both have worked over the years with the public, up close and personal and via the telephone. When you can speak to everyone and deliver the same exceptional level of service, that is evidence that you have mastered your craft. Kudos to Mr. RYAN. Jan 14 my car is towed here, because the engine is completely fried. It becomes over a month long process waiting for Hyundai approval. I have to pay for my rental car the entire time. Finally they make me a deal that I have to pay half of the bill $525 still a lot of Money for a recall that’s not my fault. I finally get a call my car is approved and “I’m ordering your new engine it will be in, in a week” a few days later my car is ready. I drive there and find out it’s a remanufactured engine. I decide to test drive before I leave: I quickly realize it’s a short block not a new engine. The service center never told me about this from day one. I requested a copy of my Hyundai approval letter. I understand the policy but why I was repetitively told a new engine was being ordered is false information, they should have explained what they were doing to my car. It’s been a very long and painful and costly experience. I can truly say I won’t be buying another Hyundai after today: when it comes to business you have to be very clear and straight forward. I wouldn’t be throwing around ordering a new engine when that isn’t what your doing.

Pohanka Hyundai is awesome! Their customer service skills are impeccable! Sean was very kind and had my car serviced immediately. The young lady that brought my car to me was also friendly and kind. I was expecting to be with out my car for a few days, but it was ready the same day. I am so happy that the renovations to the service department are complete. I missed the excellent customer service.
