I called to see if I could make an appointment to do my car inspection and I was told no appointment was needed first come first serve. I asked if a tech would be there on Sunday and I was told yes absolutely. I showed up in Sunday and was told tech didn't come in today. I explained to the blonde firestone work that I was told someone would be here. The firestone worker just shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

TLDR version: asked for mid-grade. Told I was given mid grade. Few days later I found out the brand wasn't actually mid grade but the cheap brand. They wouldn't honor family and friends discount even though they said they do. Had to go back to get the tire switched out and they replaced the wrong tire.

I’ve been to this location a couple times over the years and they have been awesome every time! They are always friendly and go out of their way to get me in and out as quick as possible. Today Montez was amazing he got my tires fixed under warranty and I was in and out in about an hour. Couldn’t ask for a better visit

Dropped my car in the morning to get state inspection. Ask to call me if they won’t be able to do it. Came before closing to pick up and they didn’t touched it. This is 3 time happened in this location. Won’t give them another chance. Will go to pep boys or other company.

These people saved my bacon. I bought some Bridgestones from a discount house about a year before and one simply fell apart on my car. They had a good match for the tire on the car and got it installed quickly. My wife is in the hospital so there was no time to play around shopping around. I've done business here before and I should have bought my Bridgestones here. They have deals and first run tires too. Classic old school tire dealership- in a good way. Tony and his crew of mechanics and sales people are the best. Also found the lowest prices on tires after shopping at other Fredericksburg tire stores. Vehicle drives like a dream after they performed a Front End Alignment that I didn't know I needed.

the but experienced in service do not go to this tall I arrived with good spectators but I came out very bad service 1 does not specify when it will be your next service. 2 accelerated the car like it was a quarter mile 3 the lady is always in bad host would have to look for another job better 4 the only good thing the Hispanic who works with them is very kind and patient
