My wife walked in last week with an emergency, the battery on our van was failing and the manager denied her service. Just gave her a strange grin and said he couldn’t take care of it. I just bought four new tires here and had been getting all kinds of services. Won’t ever go back.

SHAMEFUL "EXPERTS!" Very disappointed!!! My car has been having front end problems for A YEAR!! I trusted Firestone because they are a big company who you think would want to maintain their reputation and do right by the customer. This is now my 5TH VISIT for front end work. Same symptoms (grinding) but each time it's a different COSTLY problem 🧐. Each time I've had to get a rental car and STILL no resolution. I asked them to comp $200 they are trying to charge me after I just paid $1400 and then another $1000 the week before after their "7pt" inspection ended up being a 2pt. TOTAL $3K+ PAID. This is sad that you just can't get good service from them. Just own your mistake and please fix my car before something happens with my kids in the car. So now my car is held hostage unless I pay the $200 on top of this rental I had. 😔 4/14 6:30p*UPDATE* Emailed their claims same day and got a response that someone would be in touch within 24-48 hours. Area manager called 4 days later and still no updates. I Decided to get my car out. But now I'm more ampd than I was before to force these companies to simply do what's right. I refuse to be a Victim and another "well they got me" story.

Quick service, a convenient location and very polite staff. The pricing is great and the quality of service is as well. The parking lot is easy to navigate and it's a nice little area around the store if you want to go for a walk outside and look at birds.

On September 29 the 2021,pay full price $800 plus for a new set of tires. Got 3 tires that are manufacturer on 2018 and 1tire in 2020. Called to express dissatisfaction and was told they will never sell tires more than 4 years old. The guy told me the tires are safe and perfectly stored. I expressed my concerned on safety and they seems ignore it. I am told that I'm not qualify for the 90 daybuy and try guarantee because of I complained about the manufacturer fate of the tire. THIS IS A BIG MISTAKE THAT I GOT NEW TIRE FROM THIS DISHONEST STORE. Costco with never give you old stored tires. I am a very unhappy and angry customer. People...Do you own judgement. Today is Oct 5th 2021. Had car inspection on September 29th 2021 and was told to replace the fours tires in order to pass the inspection and we did. The tires were 2018 and already mentioned and had not being solve yet. Still waiting for the new sets of tires that the manager Jason told me he ordered them and will not know the date if the tires manufactured date until he received them. The car had been sitting in the garage since we drove back from Firestone for state car inspection, wheel alignment and car replacement. Until yesterday night Oct 4th 2021 went to pick up pizza which is 6.1 miles away. There is a very strong oil smell came from the vent and getting stronger as the car speed. When the Ac is off, the oil smell is less. We felt something wrong. When we get home, we pop the engine hood and shocking found there is no oil cap and oil had been splashing and spilled all over the engine. We look around and found the cap is sitting in the opening crack of the engine. I told Firestone manager Jason about the incident. He deny the wrong doing and he insisted the technician never touch the oil cap. I said you didn't even check with your technician before you deny everything. He even blame the person who did the oil change that left the cap off. My husband who did the oil change and it's been months. Firestone is the last one who work on my car. I told him if the cap is off for months, the whole engine should be covered by oil and the engine might already shut down. This is the most ridiculous excuse from Jason. He kept deny the wrong doing and nothing I can do. I don't know if the spilled oil cause any damage to the engine. Firestone is a very dangerous and dishonest place to get your car service. STAY AWAY!

My daughter and I along with two sick kids were heading back home to Long Island with a tire that needed to be changed. We stopped at this location and they were great. They were very busy and still put our spare on for us within a half hour! Great people!! We are headed home!!

Being in the tire service business (commercial mostly but some retail as well) these guys do a great job. Things happen everyday and ultimately everyone will not be serviced to the degree they would like to be but the team at this FS location does a great job with the good, the bad and the ugly sides of retail automotive repair and tire service. Just had a tire repaired on my wife's car and this shop came through again for us. Thank you to the great team at this facility.

I am finally getting around to writing a review since I usually miss the surveys they send me. My wife and I have had all of our vehicles serviced here since they opened for business back about eight years ago. Our vehicles get the state inspection done there and any type of repairs. They keep you updated during the process by calling you to inform you of the progress and any mechanical problems that have come up. Some of these problems may have to be done to pass the state inspection or should be done in the near future. Thanks to Jason and to the guys for the great service... K & M
