Wish we knew before now! A week ago, my wife and I dropped our 2019 Hyundai Tucson off at the Pohanka Hyundai Service Center of Fredericksburg to have a new transmission, catalytic converter, new tires, and an exterior air filter installed, as well as pick up a rental vehicle to drive while waiting for our personal vehicle. Our whole experience was wonderful!!! Mr. Ryan was very professional, knew his products and services, was very courteous and very patient. He did not show any intention of trying to price gouge us or push more on us than we needed. I even noticed while we waited our turn, he gave every customer the same level of customer service. That is impressive! This is a true example of stellar customer service. We both have worked over the years with the public, up close and personal and via the telephone. When you can speak to everyone and deliver the same exceptional level of service, that is evidence that you have mastered your craft. Kudos to Mr. RYAN. BEST we have found for regular maintenance and repairs! We have been regular customers since 2016, having had oil changes, maintenance, radiator, and brake work on our 10 year old truck. We have been very well pleased with the service, value, and friendly staff! Even though they are quite busy, they are very hardworking and get customers in and out as quickly as possible, even the owner, Jim, is out there working and supervising with the crew! Ben, the manager, and Gus helped me promptly on Monday when I had to come in for an AC repair, and Robert facilitated my check-out. I cannot say enough about the care and support received by the Goodyear team in Cosner’s Corner! Each interaction with Goodyear-from online scheduling to final receipt- exceeded my expectations. Keith, Ken, and my amazing female mechanic were empathetic to my vehicle needs and empowering. Tires were evaluated and replaced- all in under two hours. Definitely hands down the best shop out there! Recently had a lot of maintenance done by Das. I had quite the vacuum leak as well as some other issues on my E55. Trent is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the M113k platform and was able to solve all the issues I had with the vehicle. From a full gasket rebuild to new injectors, the car has never ran any better. Incredibly pleased with the professionalism and flexibility they were able to provide. They’re getting busy but easy to set up an appointment. Super super honest! Had an issue where I needed to bring the car back in a second day, and they made sure compensation was fair. Was about $35 where most places would charge $500. Definitely deserving of all the business they’re getting and then some! ~Dennis

Had an alignment done on my Mazda which I scheduled online. Once I arrived at the store, they took my car right in and had it completed within the hour. Employees there were very professional and customer service was excellent. Price to complete the work was very reasonable. Waiting area was clean and comfortable to wait in and even got to watch an episode of Seinfeld while there. Would certainly recommend them to work on your vehicle. ~Bruce

Amazing service! Fixed the problem! They go above and beyond! Such a blessing for my mother. She had a problem with shifter engaging in Park. They repaired it at no cost. They don't even work on steering colums, but tightened the shifter. Thanks again for everything ya guys did for her. She is so pleased.
