If your anywhere near Springdale don't go to any other sonic location than this one. They serve fresher food than either Springdale location.

The quality and service at this location has vastly diminished. They can’t seem to get people to work, and when they do the quality of the food is poor.

A little bit light on the extra ice especially in the hot hot heat we been having lately. That's just being picky though this is a good location and they got them good drinks and stuff. My kids love the peppermints

This is the slowest sonic I have ever been to. Do not order on the app or you’ll be waiting on your order for 30 minutes or more.

I had work at 12pm so I woke up early and got to this location at 11:20 I waited stuck in a drive thru till 11:50 before I drove off to get to work before I was late. Didn’t get my food or anything, so thank you to this location it seems every time I come this happens. I will never come back to this sonic again and I will continue to leave bad reviews for this location. I’ve had this happen to me here specifically 4 times and I’m fed up!

Can't go wrong with sonic. The staff here are super cool, they know their food, they make it hot and fresh, they're friendly, just overall good experience.

Every time i come to this sonic there is an issue on their end and they do not care. It seems like something new every other day. They randomly choose when they don’t want to take mobile orders, or gift cards simply because of laziness. Ben is the only kind and helpful person & he is the manager.

The staff were very kind, but the service was slow and the food portion was very bad (see photo below). I paid $5.50 for a “medium portion of jumbo popcorn chicken” and this is what I received. Barely even tossed in sauce and extremely overpriced. Hopefully I can get a refund, they did not include a receipt.
