I ordered online, and received the sports bra I ordered without tags and in a condition that seemed unclean. I reached out to share my experience, and days later customer service said they can have me send it back to them instead of simply offering a refund or credit. Would not recommend!

Normally I have such great experiences at this local business. Recently I made an online order and after not receiving a shipping notification for over a week I reached out by phone to the headquarters and to the local storefront. The headquarters went to voicemail and the box was full, the store didn’t pick up. I then reached out via email and after a day I received a reply that my order could be canceled if I didn’t find anything at the store instead. The reason given was that the normal people who work on shipping orders were taking finals. I understand people being out and maybe having to hire more temporary workers, I don’t know if that’s a sufficient excuse for poor customer communication. What would’ve made me feel like my order was important was if they would’ve let me know the shipping could be longer than expected due to low staff. No business can foresee every unexpected thing, but these circumstances would’ve been expected.

Riffraff is one of my favorite boutiques in town! They have the cutest clothes that are always on trend and they’re good quality. It’s always a good experience when I shop in person because the girls are always sweet and helpful. If you are new to town or even just passing through, you absolutely have to stop by the square. Their online shopping experience is super easy and I love the text marketing they do. You immediately get notified of sales and special launches so you don’t miss out. This is a small local business ran by women who love what they do and it shows.

Riffraff is my go to when it comes to all outfits! Not only do they have dressy options but their comfort section is always trendy! The Riffraff team is always so helpful when needing an outfit and also if there are any issues I have! I live in TN and still choose to shop local in AR because they are THAT GOOD!

I have been shopping at Riff Raff since 2010! I have consistently had fantastic experiences and love the variety of items they sell, especially the Charlie southern and Friday + Saturday brands! All my tshirts at this point are from them! I’ve had great customer service experience every time, even when I’ve made a mistake that they didn’t really have to fix. They still go above and beyond to take care of my orders for me no matter what. I live out of town now so most of my shopping is online and I always get my orders very quickly! I love when I can get back to Fayetteville and have time to go into the store! The store is always well stocked and clean!

Updating my review: Cute clothes! But they come at a price. Not only did it take a long time for my package to be created when I did receive it I was missing two items. I lost about $50 on these items. I love the clothes here but I wouldn’t suggest buying online to anyone. Still have not heard back about the 2 missing items in my package. Customer service is awful.

I have no idea how riffraff is getting these bad reviews. I am from Fayetteville and have been shopping online and in store for 8+ years. When I say that I mean half of my closet is always RR and I am the first person there during every event- so I spend a lot of time shopping with RR!! They have amazing customer service and any issue or question I’ve ever had has been dealt with and I’ve been so happy with their responses. This small business works really hard for their customers and I appreciate that! All of the girls are always so kind no matter what. I will continue to shop here forever!

Very poor customer service (as in nonexistent). Very poor quality products. I recently placed my first order with this business and never again. Not surprised to see many other reviews on here with reports of damaged items being sent out and no response from customer service. Also they definitely take way too long to ship items after they’ve already charged you for them. It’s no surprise they only offer store credit for returns, because when you send out damaged products of course people want to return them. Trapping people into store credit must be the only way they can make money. And the audacity to deduct return shipping from the store credit?! I wouldn’t have to return the item if your employees hadn’t sent a sweater with a black ink stain on the front and a 2-3 in run/hole in the sleeve. It’s literally not even worth returning. I don’t want anything from this store ever again. Long story short, don’t waste your time with this business. They send damaged items, don’t respond to customer concerns and make you jump through hoops and basically just steal money from people to keep the business afloat. Zero stars isn’t an option.
