Sydney was a great help. Measured me to get my correct bra size. She assisted me in adjusting the bra without making it feel ackward. Helped with selecting styles & colors. A great asset to the store. Very personable and professional. Lovely clothing & matching shoes. Nice selection of swimwear & covers. Loved all the different types of foundation wear.

I am a larger than life woman. I hate the clothes in department stores for people my size. They are UGLY. When I walked into Torrid, I saw BEAUTIFUL clothing for people my size. I actually found the dress I need for my daughter's wedding. I almost started crying. Something I could feel good in and not self-conscious. I will definitely go back and would recommend this store for those who are larger in size and want something to wear that has style....Thank you Torrid!

The sales girls here are very very helpful. I love how they take the time to show their customers around and help them with clothing selections. Yes I definitely will be going back and hopefully the same ladies are there.

Love the store and cloths, but since covid it seems inventory is much more limited. I have to do most of my shopping online now because there isn't as much in the store. Hoping that changes soon.

I went in with low expectations (I've never had a great mall shopping experience), and came out pleasantly surprised. They had many different styles to choose from, and they set me up with a dressing room right off the bat so that I didn't have to carry everything. While changing, they offered to get something in a different size, which was very helpful. The sales associate also recommended an outfit that I ended up liking the most! I'll definitely visit again...when I can afford it!
