Very poor customer service (as in nonexistent). Very poor quality products. I recently placed my first order with this business and never again. Not surprised to see many other reviews on here with reports of damaged items being sent out and no response from customer service. Also they definitely take way too long to ship items after they’ve already charged you for them. It’s no surprise they only offer store credit for returns, because when you send out damaged products of course people want to return them. Trapping people into store credit must be the only way they can make money. And the audacity to deduct return shipping from the store credit?! I wouldn’t have to return the item if your employees hadn’t sent a sweater with a black ink stain on the front and a 2-3 in run/hole in the sleeve. It’s literally not even worth returning. I don’t want anything from this store ever again. Long story short, don’t waste your time with this business. They send damaged items, don’t respond to customer concerns and make you jump through hoops and basically just steal money from people to keep the business afloat. Zero stars isn’t an option. ~Andrew

I brought in some high end clothes of my daughters and the amount of money was less than if I sold at garage sale! Also brought in Uggs that were new never worn, and was told they wouldn't sell, and not a requested color or style. REALLY!?!? Might be why people are shopping elsewhere, not everyone's style is the same! Also, the young workers you had were less than helpful and polite they were more concerned about the friends trying on clothes behind the counter than this customer trying to buy something. Won't be back! ~Joy

Earthbound Trading Co.

I don't really know what the context of this conversation was, but I walked into the store tonight and overheard one of the employees saying something along the lines of "cleaning this isn't so bad once you've taken care of SPED kids and have to clean vomit out of their masks". If you didn't know, that is an incredibly offensive way to refer to special ed kids. To talk like this in general is offensive to many individuals, but in your place of business and in the public eye, it makes me really disappointed in the way members of our society refer to others. ~August
