I brought in some high end clothes of my daughters and the amount of money was less than if I sold at garage sale! Also brought in Uggs that were new never worn, and was told they wouldn't sell, and not a requested color or style. REALLY!?!? Might be why people are shopping elsewhere, not everyone's style is the same! Also, the young workers you had were less than helpful and polite they were more concerned about the friends trying on clothes behind the counter than this customer trying to buy something. Won't be back!

Not very practical for resale. They are very picky, doesn't matter if you still have tags on them and have never worn them. Especially if it's urban colths.

The prices are pretty good but the way they have the clothes organized sucks . Have to dig around for your size

I haven't been able to shop there for quite some time but I loved the store. The staff was friendly and helpful. The clothing was so neatly organized it was easy to find what I was looking for. I hope to shop there again!

I thought they had really nice clothes. And excited they had designer purses. However, as one lady had mentioned in a review. I want to thank you for your honesty. Because they treated me the same way. If you bring in an item to sell. I wish you the best. I brought it a brand new pair of work boots, that my husband's company offered. Which we paid for through the company out of my husband's paycheck. ($ 145.00 ) They were extremely uncomfortable, and hurt my husband's feet. He had only worn them around in the house trying to break them in. Tried taking them to several places, including Platos Closet. And yes, including Daisy Exchange would only offer us around $ 25. This exact work boot, brand new, which ours were. Sold for $ 168.00 to $ 198.00 (Had them about 1 week) Finally sold them on FB on Mplace for $ 45.00. Love your store, but wished you would be a little more leanant on brand new items, and pay at least a 1/4 or 1/3 of the actual price. Best of luck to everyone.

I brought two pair of Levi’s like new. They said that wouldn’t meet their minimum and said I could donate if I wanted. My guess they hit the shelf at $15-25. I just brought 2- white trash bags in and the lady ahead of me had at least 20 bags. I asked if I could leave them and come back for money and they said no I would need to wait 45 minutes. After these two experiences and reading reviews on here I won’t go back. Perhaps you can get a good deal on purchases. We had a similar store in Texas and they paid better than garage sale. Like here they only took gently used higher end brands. Don’t wAste your time bringing clothes here

This place is fine when your shopping. Quite the opposite when you're selling. It's one thing when they barely look at what you bring in, (more like go through the motions because they think you aren't watching) but when they tell you that you have nothing they are interested in with attitude, that's straight up bad business. Because of this I'll never shop there. Plato's closet all the way!

This place is great! Everytime I go in, I find something unique and awesome. They sell clothes, hats, swimsuits, shoes, belts, and backpacks for men and women. It's clean and well organized. The only problem is there is only 3 changing rooms, so there is usually a wait. The price is alright too. Shirts are anywhere from $4.50-$12.99, exercise pants $6-$10.
