6 Best jewelry store in Fayetteville, Arkansas (AR) 2024

Very poor customer service (as in nonexistent). Very poor quality products. I recently placed my first order with this business and never again. Not surprised to see many other reviews on here with reports of damaged items being sent out and no response from customer service. Also they definitely take way too long to ship items after they’ve already charged you for them. It’s no surprise they only offer store credit for returns, because when you send out damaged products of course people want to return them. Trapping people into store credit must be the only way they can make money. And the audacity to deduct return shipping from the store credit?! I wouldn’t have to return the item if your employees hadn’t sent a sweater with a black ink stain on the front and a 2-3 in run/hole in the sleeve. It’s literally not even worth returning. I don’t want anything from this store ever again. Long story short, don’t waste your time with this business. They send damaged items, don’t respond to customer concerns and make you jump through hoops and basically just steal money from people to keep the business afloat. Zero stars isn’t an option. ~Andrew

Diamond center found my wife a great 4 carat radiant cut with one carat trillions at a terrific price. I know this because I compared their Diamond with largest stores in Northwest Arkansas, Diamond Center price and quality saved me thousands. When she wears her ring and everyone wants to know where she purchased it because it sparkles and shines like a stars in the sky. Oh yeah did I mention the price and quality, I'm so happy we shopped there. Our sales rep name is "De" . ~James

If you’re planning on purchasing any jewelry and you don’t go here you’re missing out! Everyone at the store was fantastic and helpful but, my man Brandon Fletcher is absolutely top notch. I went looking for an engagement ring and was blown away by the level of detail put into my experience. He had several different diamonds shipped in from all over. We went through the pros and cons of each. I had absolutely no experience with jewelry or diamonds and he was extremely thorough explaining each and every step! DO NOT try and do all this on your own. Ask the professionals at Helzburg and especially ask for Brandon!! ~Wesley

I don't really know what the context of this conversation was, but I walked into the store tonight and overheard one of the employees saying something along the lines of "cleaning this isn't so bad once you've taken care of SPED kids and have to clean vomit out of their masks". If you didn't know, that is an incredibly offensive way to refer to special ed kids. To talk like this in general is offensive to many individuals, but in your place of business and in the public eye, it makes me really disappointed in the way members of our society refer to others. ~August

Goodness sakes this place goes more downhill every single time I go there. Totally disorganized, clothes all over the floor where you shop and all over the floor in the fitting rooms. They put out all these coupons, but half of them you can't even use bc there so many stipulations on what they can be applied to. ~Heather
