I went looking for an engagement ring and was blown away by the level of detail put into my experience. He had several different diamonds shipped in from all over. We went through the pros and cons of each. I had absolutely no experience with jewelry or diamonds and he was extremely thorough explaining each and every step! DO NOT try and do all this on your own. Ask the professionals at Helzburg and especially ask for Brandon!!
