If I could mark zero stars I would. Don't come here please and waste your hard earned money. 1st and last time coming here. Ann nick my toe and made me bleed during pedicure. Kathy who did lower leg wax did not do a good job at all. Left patches of hair and does not know how to wax. She tried fixing it to cover it up and made it worce. Im pretty sure this place is not up to code and dont have certification to wax. The waxing area is unsanitary. I had wax residue on my legs and cotton stuck on the back of my leg when i left. They take the course of being a manicure and pedicure in there country and pass it. When they come to America they come and take are state test to be state certified and pass with flying colors because they have already taken the course. Once they set up shop they do whatever they want.

I used to be at at several places, but Star Nails 5 is the place that I like most. Although the previous salon was 5 minutes from my home, but I am happy to drive over 30 minutes to have Kathy and Ann do my nails. They both do fantastic job every time! They took their time, never rushed me out. They are very respectful and make you feel welcomed. This is the place to be if you want a relaxing nail salon experience, which is the way all nail salon should be. Highly recommend to everyone! Services: Waxing, Nail art, Pedicures, Foot massages, Manicures

I have only been to this location a handful of times but they make it a priority - no matter how busy they are - to make you feel valued as a client. My technician not only greets me by name when I come in, but also remembers my preferences, and my family dynamic from stories I have shared with them. This place is my therapy!

Wow! I travel and thus I go to many nail salons. This salon ups the ante. I always walk in and most times there is a wait. I was offered a glass of wine while I waited! Nice! They noticed that myself and the lady next to me had been visiting, so they asked if we wanted to sit next to each other while we had our pedicures done. I now have a new friend! Annie did a great job on my pedicure and Jimmy did the best acrylic nails I have ever had! They look real! Amazing! Anytime I am in the DFW area I will definitely be stopping to see these guys.
