Staff was rude and wouldn't answer my question. I was short 30 cents for some white T-shirts. I asked nicely, so I thought I'd at least get a reply but no, nothing. Cashier just puts the shirts behind the counter and walked away. What is this world coming to? Smile more and reply, your job may not be that good but at least you're not pouring concrete ~Jayme

Good , food was cold outside is very dirty they need pressure clean is very greasy the floors and very slippery if you plan to go outside like i did to trow the trash 🗑 ~WBJ

Worst experience EVER! First of all, I am a disabled veteran who served multiple tours in Iraq during Desert Shield. I was given disability and have been out of the Marines since 2003. I accidentally used the word active but then explained I was an active veteran with full benefits to use on base facilities and got medical benefits for my disabled status. The manager Erica Espinoza has no clue what a veteran is and thought I was active duty military even after I presented a VA card. I am 50 yrs old and retired now medically. I explained I can't be recalled. They refused me a pawn for items I had valued over 400 dollars and all I asked for was 50 dollars on a loan. Now here is the catch..this was the 4th time I pawned there and I paid off my loans early. I will be contacting my Congress man and try and expose these guys for being anti Veteran. I fought 8 years in the middle east and this is how I was treated. Any former military, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WTH THEM PERIOD! ~William

Recently went in a couple weeks ago to get a new iPhone 13 and was helped wonderfully by the whole crew! Lauren, Juliana, and Clarissa walked me through what the best options were and how to get the most out of my money. We had a great experience! These guys know what they are doing and do a great job. When we didn't understand how the radio would fit/look they showed exactly how the completed installation would look. Also appreciated the final delivery and instructions on how to connect and use the new system. ~John

Matt assisted my husband and I with purchasing new phones for our children. He was very personable as well as extremely helpful. I had THE ABSOLUTE BEST SALES EXPERIENCE WITH se Selvin, Kameron and Brandon. They gave me awesome service and used every sales technique to encourage me to buy accessories (which I needed for the best phone use) and they made me feel good about my purchase. It is in great part because of them I did not switch my service to Verizon. They don’t know it but I came in to ask about terminating. Thanks T-Mobile. I don’t wanna break up any more .
