5 Best dollar store in Fort Worth, Texas (TX) 2025

Staff was rude and wouldn't answer my question. I was short 30 cents for some white T-shirts. I asked nicely, so I thought I'd at least get a reply but no, nothing. Cashier just puts the shirts behind the counter and walked away. What is this world coming to? Smile more and reply, your job may not be that good but at least you're not pouring concrete ~Jayme

I am strongly satisfied with their service from when I walked in till the end I was greeted as soon as I walked in by staff as a mother I am always in a rush not familiar with the store I was offered helped and they assisted me with merchandise I was looking for by staff named Melissa as I walked to the register the same person who greeted me when I walked in greeted me again by a friendly cashier name Angie this the reason why I give them 5 stars. Most employees are so busy putting away their truck from last night that they don't have time to assist customers looking for items. Or are out of stock cause the truck still isn't put away on the shelves. Management needs to assign more help during truck to get it out where customers can buy it and get out asap. But the employees try their best to be as cheerful as possible. I dont blame them. It's a management issue. ~Raymond

Cashiers are nice but whoever the manager is she is the worst. She completely LOCKS the store during hours of operation and LEAVES when ahe chooses to. Im fed up. ~Raidyn

The male Hispanic cashier is horrible and rude. Seems like every time I shop here he has an issue with me. One time I was buying beer I had my ID I’m 30 years old. My mother was behind me paying for separate transaction. He saw me talking to her and said he could not sell me beer with out her showing her ID. My mom is over 70 years old, she had to go outside and get her id. Extremely rude about the whole situation, I understand Asking for ID when a person looks under 35 but an old woman over 70 year old. Today I went to buy some vegetables, I saw several meats on sale for 50% off. So I stocked up my total would of been over $45 dollars, I was planning to use a 5 dollar off coupon on my app. As soon as he saw my coupon he stated he had to ring up my items in separate transactions due to the amount of discounted items. So I had to do 3 separate transactions and lost my coupon . I don’t like to argue with people, so I will no longer shop here. ~Jesus
