6 Best convenience store in Fort Worth, Texas (TX) 2024

Only reason for the star is that have gas. Interior is entirely too loud and dirty, and beware pump 8: It took 10 minutes to put $15 into my tank. I eventually gave up and drove away with a half full tank. ~Betty

I am strongly satisfied with their service from when I walked in till the end I was greeted as soon as I walked in by staff as a mother I am always in a rush not familiar with the store I was offered helped and they assisted me with merchandise I was looking for by staff named Melissa as I walked to the register the same person who greeted me when I walked in greeted me again by a friendly cashier name Angie this the reason why I give them 5 stars. KEEP UP WITH THE EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! ~GA

Colleen provided best customer service I've EVER received. EVER. She noticed my ice cream cone in a cup melted, made me a new one, and brought it out to the gas pump. My back had gone completely out and I was moving slowly. What a thoughtful kind lady. One would never even hope for that kind of customer service but I got it here. ~Jeannie

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. I can't remember her name but there is a young lady in the pharmacy with the worst attitude. She had on light gray scrubs with a mask. I even had to ask her if she was having a bad day due to her nasty disposition today while I was there. She acted as though it was an inconvenience to assist my husband and myself in getting our boosters. I told the manager but I doubt it will be addressed. She acted as though she didnt care either. She needs to be fired ASAP. She doesn't need to be working there. I will never step foot in this Walgreens again. I will also call corporate first thing Monday morning. I think I'll start going to CVS from here on out. ~Tonieeluv

Pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. I have gone to this same one last 4 months and every time there's a different reason why they don't have it ready. The time before this last one, it was because there were 4 different profiles and they had to correct them and merge them together. They said I shouldn't have issues any more with picking up prescription. This time it was because my "birthday" was wrong. Weird because it's a "refill" so it should be same as last time. (And supposedly they had fixed it??) When they do find it, she says she'll fill and it'll be ready in 20 mins. I come back a few hours later expecting it to be ready. It's STILL not ready. Now she's saying how she" tried to call me". Ma'am, you did NOT leave a voicemail saying there was an issue and to call you back. You just called and then hung up. So now the lady says she won't release it because of the birthday being wrong, I give her my drivers license and everything and she won't fix it. She finally says she'll give it to me but then tells me a much higher price. I ask why when I have to pay almost double now, and she says because it's not for me, since it doesn't have my birthday. Not sure if that's even legal but ok. I go with a different medical provider and pay for a new appt just so they can call in a prescription with the CORRECT bday, and it should be ready by next day. Honestly a prescription generally takes no more than 30 mins to fill once it's received. I call up there the next day and THEY say it shows it will be ready by 6pm. The pharmacy closes at 6 pm🙄. She offers to "check if it can be ready sooner". A refill normally doesn't take 7-8 hours to fill. I call different CVS and she tells me it shows in her system that it's RRADY for pickup 🙄 (I wonder why the first lady told me it wouldn't be ready till closing time?) She also says she can just fix the birthday so it won't get rejected by insurance and then fixes it over the phone for me. (Hmm why did the previous lady refuse to do it and instead just told me I would have to pay more??) NOT SURE WHY this pharmacy on 6000 Bryant Irvin Rd can't do any of these things and instead give me the run around. The SAME EXACT company but at a DIFFERENT LOCATION, the CVS at 5700 Overton Ridge Blvd can do ALL of these things. Weird how they ARE BOTH CVS but one pharmacy always seems to have issues and is hostile, but this other one doesn't and is super friendly. I'll let others make their conclusions as to why that is 🤷🏻‍♀️ Trust the other reviews who are saying they are having same issues with this CVS as well. ~Hanayo
