The absolute worst customer service ever. I was not greeted upon entering the store. They changed policies with their coupon requirements and no longer offer the option to use the coupon booklet. Even after I spent time downloading the app and they could see I "clipped" a coupon, they refused to honor or accept it and insisted that I call corporate to recieve any type of help. It was the worst experience I had all throughout my entire Walgreens experience . I've always had great shopping experiences with walgreens in the past with an exception of today. I told them that I received bad customer service and that prompted an attitude from the manager. When I addressed that I wasn't greeted upon arrival in addition to the poor service, instead of an apology they said that they were too busy working ...Unbelievable. It takes 2 seconds to greet a customer . Walgreens should be ashamed. I called the corporate office. Customers don't deserve this. Please avoid this store or the company all together, if this type of customer treatment is all they have to offer!!!

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. I can't remember her name but there is a young lady in the pharmacy with the worst attitude. She had on light gray scrubs with a mask. I even had to ask her if she was having a bad day due to her nasty disposition today while I was there. She acted as though it was an inconvenience to assist my husband and myself in getting our boosters. I told the manager but I doubt it will be addressed. She acted as though she didnt care either. She needs to be fired ASAP. She doesn't need to be working there. I will never step foot in this Walgreens again. I will also call corporate first thing Monday morning. I think I'll start going to CVS from here on out.

Very helpful and polite staff. I come in here a lot and the only time I've witnessed the staff has been “disrespectful” is when an entitled customer doesn’t get their way. Keep up the good work.

Due to an insurance change I have had to start using this place again. So far the staff in the pharmacy seem oh so NOT happy to have to speak to me on the phone. The lady who helped me inside last week seemed almost pleasant, but everyone over the phone seems very unhappy. Years ago I decided to never use this place again due to them losing a valuable rx, but we will see if they can keep their heads on for the rest of the year while I'm forced to use them. 🤞

I ordered a photo album and tried to pick it up. 3 staff members could not find my album. One staff member accused me of already picking my album up because she said it had been “purchased already”. I ordered and purchased this album ONLINE. I had to pull up my email confirmation saying it was ready for pick up, my bank statement that proved I paid for the order online the day I ordered it and after they “looked for it” they had me REORDER it online (Which charged my card AGAIN) and they promised me a refund. I waited for a good 30 minutes so they could reprint the album. This location never received the reorder because it went to Illinois and it said my pick up time would be in 3 weeks, and yet it charged my card. I showed them this in the reordered email. After all this waiting they FOUND the album directly behind them the whole time! This location couldn’t give me the refund promised because it was after hours and on a weekend. This location promised they would take care of this refund first thing Monday. It’s Monday and I just got a call from them saying I would have to deal with the refund myself and that I would need to look up and call the customer service line. Nice job!

I scheduled a COVID test online at this location, but accidentally scheduled it for a day later than I thought. They were able to fit me in when I showed up and got it done quickly.

Janie is the best. I had a bad situation in Burleson store on a canvas print with black frame they didn't have as I went to pick up the main Xmas gift for husband. I called every store around until I got her and she had one and I immediately ordered again online, she called me personally and made sure I knew I made it and scored the last one. Thank you so much and you are a true customer service person. You saved the day for me. Thank you so much.
