My mom’s been a loyal customer of Rent A Center and has paid off furniture sets over the last couple years. David, one of the employees called my mom after missing her payment by 2 days threatened to send someone out to pick up her furniture set if she didn’t make a payment. My mom asked if there was any way she could do a partial payment to buy her a few days for her check to clear to pay off the next three months of upcoming payment. He refused to budge or negotiate anything and still made threats to have someone pick up her furniture. I had to intervene and discuss paying a lump sum until the day her check would clear. I understand it is a business but he needs some lessons on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lack of empathy also towards people who may have a language barrier like my mom. Had I not intervene her would have sent someone over. Horrible experience

I've been doing business with these guys for a while now and I have paid multiple accounts. RAC don't hide the total cost and theirs options. I will continue to do business with them. They are courteous and helpful when I have questions or even if I am looking for something.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone here . They are very unprofessional ! They pushed my 6 piece bed set back 3 weeks . Every week they gave me a date that they were gonna deliver and the day of the delivery they wouldn’t deliver it . I had to reach out to them about my items to be delivered for them to tell me they wasn’t delivering and they changed the date until the next week . Never again . If I could give them 0 stars I would !!

Service was top notch... I bought a washer and dryer from them.. Maytag... Got it for the same price that Sears was selling it for, but 6 months no interest! I paid it off and had no issues at all.... I will be buying from them again... Most likely a fridge next 😁

I would rate them negative if I could. The staff are extremely unprofessional HORRIBLE customer service. They tell you they’ll deliver at a certain time but always are running behind or don’t show up. I decided to return my merchandise because of how horrible the entire experience has been and now they won’t pick up the merchandise. They told me they would pick it up in certain hours and they never showed up. Every time I would call to ask they would lie to me and say they were on their way. They ignore my calls and have hung up on me. The staff have been extremely rude, raising their voice at me and have just been arguing with me. I can’t get my money back. I have filed a complaint with corporate. Don’t do business with this center. Go elsewhere.
