Evan, has wonderful CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm so happy that management is there whenever needed. If I was to leave a message, Evan, calls right back and he apologizes for not being available to accept my call when I called. very very accommodating, and friendly. For my first experience using storage. I found a winner!!!! 10 Stars if possible!

I called into their call center first and was told they would hold a unit for me without any type payment. I selected a 5 x 10. I went in a couple days later to do the paperwork and look at it. I was told which one would be mine and when I saw it it looked small to me. I was told that it was the correct unit, so I started putting stuff in. I only had time for what I had with me because they close early on Sunday. I received a call at almost 4:00 pm. It was the manager apologizing because it was the wrong unit I was supposed to be in number 508 & he put me in 503. For the inconvenience he would deduct a portion of next months rent. I hadn’t putt much in the unit & my unit was in the same hallway two doors away. It’s nice to see someone take Responsibility for their mistakes. It shows me that they are looking to do a good job and they’ve got my business now I am when I need something in the future

From the day I stopped in for storage unit sizes & quotes to the day I was ready to clear out my space, Evan was a tremendous help. He took the time to understand my situation and made perfect recommendations to suit my needs. He and the crew were ever present; the grounds kept very clean. If I ever need a storage unit again or know of anyone else who does, Evan and this location will be the first to spring to mind.
