Isaiah and his crew were amazing! He could tell I was nervous in general and was professional, reassuring and confident. His demeanor immediately made me feel better and seeing his team work to move my stuff showed that he was confident for good reason. Not one broken or lost item and they showed up right on time! I would 100% use two men and a truck again and hope I'm lucky enough to get that level of excellence. Bruno was great with handling the scheduling and payment. I notified them like 3-4 days in advance. Their competitor was much pricier and needed much more lead time. They made this move SO much less stressful than my past moves. I'm so grateful for Isaiah and his team!

I have used Two Men and A Truck before and I would definitely use them again. Polite, on time, they took great care of my furniture and other belongings. They kept asking me if I had questions, needed them to do anything, etc. I rate the company, the office staff, but especially the very hard working young men A++++

I should've trusted the awful reviews and went with a reputable mover. 1) they wouldn't lock in an arrival time which meant you could either miss your elevator reservation OR pay them to stand around waiting on the elevator reservation to start (red flag #1) 2) then they broke my 82" screen tv and when I tried to follow up to use the valuation protection I paid for - they tried to say they had no liability. CANNOT WAIT to file a small claim and hear them explain this in court - but you should all do yourself a favor: CHOOSE ANYONE BUT THIS COMPANY TO FACILITATE YOUR NEXT MOVE.

Blocking Street. Called the office and they did not follow through with their word. Spoke to Michael and Will. The employees that were working were also yelling and screaming and they weren’t going to move. These people do not respect the people of the communities. People like these shouldn’t be driving.

Daniel and Julio were the best movers I have ever had. They are super professional and extremely knowledgeable. They work really well as a team and are definitely experts in the industry. I would recommend them to anyone and next time I move I will be 100% requesting them. If I could give them more stars I would!

There were 3 men--Victor, Alberto, and Mac who were great. Polite, professional, and careful with the furniture that needed to be moved. Also responsive and patient as they placed things exactly where and how I wanted them. The ding is not with the moving staff but the high admin charges for travel and insurance.

Beware of Janky business practices !!!!!!! To start they arrived late , they came at the very end of the time window they provided which definitely made things stressful. Their policy is that you pay up front, but the quote that the drivers provided was completely different from the original quote from customer service . The total move amount was now $1,000 but over the phone they quoted me $800+ . Mind you , I have a 1-bdrm apartment, so they would be moving about 20+ boxes , a king bed & bed frame, a glass table w/ 6 chairs & a 6 seat sectional couch . In my opinion the movers were strategic with taking their time , making sure to add as much time on the clock as they could . It took them 4 hours to clear out my 700sq ft apartment in which I found to be completely ridiculous . I asked the movers if they wanted to follow me to the next location but they insisted that they would meet me there . I made it to my new apartment in less than 15mins as it is less than a mile away from my previous location. It took the movers 45 additional minutes to meet me at the next location. As they started to move the stuff into my new apartment, they told me it would require additional time for them to setup the stuff they disassembled. They completely stopped the move & told me I had to sign the revision for them to continue.To be clear they were attempting at add an additional 2.5 hrs I immediate called corporate & spoke with their manager . The manager was extremely rude , nasty & very unhelpful . He blamed me for everything and held no accountability towards the movers. He gave me the option of paying the extra money or the drivers are leaving . The manager continued to blame me, even telling me I didn’t read the fine print & that it was just my problem . This was the worse moving experience I’ve ever witnessed . They left with out assembling any of my furniture. I don’t fault the drivers as they are only following instructions but it’s the business side of this company they I find flawed . They purposely give you a lower quote to get you to book the service but when they arrive they charge you for way more stating this is the maximum expected charge . I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE . Untrustworthy business practices with non-existent customer service . You’ve been WARNED!!!!!!

A bit expensive is being too generous for this company. To put things in perspective for anyone who is looking to employ their services, I moved form my one bed room apartment to another one bedroom apartment 20 minutes away and I ended up paying just shot of $600. When you call they give you the least possible quote which is $290. Its just a game of bait and switch. Also they give me a time of arrival from 1-3pm when I stated that I had only limited time reserving the elevator. They did not care in the least. I even ended up carrying some of my things just to make the reserve time. Horrible company and way over priced. Where ever you go, Take your time do the research and ask questions. Avoid this company.
