It has been a week with no response from claims department. I am worried that recent departures at the company are making them less responsive and not focused on move quality. Photos of damage. This damage was acknowledged and signed by foreman of job. Still no response from the company who said their claims office has no phone number and their email is not being monitored. Very unprofessional and not expected based on reviews. Happy to revisit this but until I get my claim acknowledged this company should not be used and buyers be warned.

Benjamin's crew did a fantastic job today on my move from Chicago to Northbrook. My previous experience with this company was great, but I was nervous this time since I was moving a bit further than previously. The team helped pack items that I was planning to pick up later and with speed; they truly work fast and efficiently. I will for sure be calling Coffey Bros again for my next move, and request Benjamin's crew.

This was our first time we were using Coffey Bros. Moving and we couldn’t have been happier. We filled up 2, 26 foot trucks and this team of 3 were absolutely strong, professional, kind, extremely passionate about how their customers wanted things done and completely satisfied our needs from the moment they got here to the moment they left. We worked with Clyde and his team and they took great pride in wrapping our furniture that I couldn’t. Taping extra boxes, wrapping lamps and moving the things that I couldn’t bare to move myself. I highly recommend these guys. We got extremely lucky and u would highly recommend to anyone moving. We are using their storage facility as well. The owners were easy to work with and payment options/ pricing was good and fair. Excellent service! Thanks Clyde and Team!

Anthony and his crew were great! They helped us move from city to suburb. They worked nonstop from start to finish. All of our belongings were well taken care of. I have used Coffey Bros twice now and I will continue to use them any time I need to hire a moving company. They are the most responsive, thorough and genuinely helpful individuals of any highly-rated moving company I have worked with (and I have moved a LOT). Dameon, Phil and Linton were beyond exceptional. They are professional, FAST and took great care with my belongings—not to mention they carried everything up multiple flights of stairs in the rain with zero damages. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Their manager, Taylor was very helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Richie and Joel were great. Delos got us scheduled on short notice and Joel & Richie were very professional, courteous, and expedient. They protected our furniture and homes. This is best moving service and most affordable. Book your move totally worth it! Oh and worth the dissambly and reassembly.

The customer service and response time we received from this company was stellar. This was not a typical move for Coffey Bros since we are a church and only moving out our old pews. They priced us fairly and make sure we were comfortable, and understood the entire process. JR, Jimmy, DeMarcio and Linton were outstanding; their efforts saved us time and money. They made adjustments for us on site as needed. I appreciated they enthusiasm and honesty immensely and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Our church is so grateful for a company like this!

I’ve used Coffey Bros multiple times to move my home and business. This move was especially difficult since I had a 600lb machine to move. They are always on time, very professional, and handled my equipment with the best care. I highly recommend them!! Thank you Coffey Bros!

We just used Coffey Bros for our move and they were great! They were easy to get a hold of and booking process was simple. The movers showed up on time and were very kind, informative and professional. Unfortunately, one mover called off sick so we only had 2 instead of the original 3 planned. Everything went seamlessly and 2 men were actually perfect for the job. They completed the job in exactly 3 hours which was great because our original quote was for 5 hours not knowing how long it would take. Will definitely be hiring them again for our next move.
