Lisa and Michele at the front office were amazing. They went the extra mile to ensure that my move was super-smooth and itch-free. And they did all of this with a smile! I’ll definitely use this location of Life Storage again, should the need arise.

It was five stars, but they let their diamond leave:Jessica. I can not get a call back or the phone answered. UPDATE 01MAY22 It is time to start clearing out that unit...every year they go up and the services are not increased. I am grateful for the increase because that forces me to make some changes. This is my last year. I will share that Michelle is really sweet, but they increase and refuse to get her help!

I have been working with Michelle to complete the process to take over the storage unit for a friend who passed away recently. Michelle has been kind, patient, and extremely helpful. I cannot say enough about the level of service provided by Michelle, and how comforting it has been to have her help during this difficult time. The facility is well-maintained. I would highly recommend this location.

The two front office managers, Michelle and Lisa are totally awesome!! They do their best to solve customer problems and take care of concerns. The two of them are a pleasure to work with… I wish I could say the same for the national and regional owners / supervisors who are simply not. I also wish I could separate this review into building office vs. regional office… 5 stars in the Bldg. 2 stars for the higher ups.

Moving in January is already difficult. These people decided to open at 2:30pm instead of the usual 9:30AM the morning of. They didn't inform me even after I called the morning of to confirm. Just terrible service and of course a major inconvenience for me as UHaul expects there trucks back at a certain time or they'll charge $$$ and I now have to find a new storage facility.

U-haul did not care about my reservations I made month ago,but when I got there they told me non available. I was looking for a storage place and found life storage. I gave them a call and were happy to help. The guy in the front desk was friendly and very helpful with my questions. Overall I had a great experience.
