I don't seem to have much luck with farm and fleet. I made an online order and had two days to pick it up. By the time I got off work on the first day, heavy storms were rolling in so I held off driving out of town to pick up my order. The following day, when my boyfriend went to pick up the order, he was told there was no order under my name or number. I called the store to get details and they told me my order had been picked up late the previous night. After a lot of holding to wait for a manager I finally got through to a manager who was kind of snarky toward me. He said my order was already picked up. I told him, not by me! I asked, don't you check id or order numbers?? He said they were supposed to then just got silent. I waited for him to say more but when he didn't I pressed on that my card was charged for a product I never received, an expensive product well over $100, and can't he check inventory to make sure he didn't have an extra and a mistake was made. He told me that's what he planned to do and to just come back and they'd give me my order. I only gave three stars, rather than one, due to how nice the woman manager that helped us was. She was understanding, apologized for the inconvenience of two trips, looked over my email confirmation and got my order. Completely different from the guy I talked to on the phone who was just rude and matter of fact over the mistakes of his employees. So the question remains, are the employees thieves? Are they incompetent and gave my order to somebody else without checking for id or an order number? Or did they make a simple mistake and press a wrong button?

They have a good selection of food for all the animals, considering they aren't a store that is specifically a "pet store". We just adopted a puppy & didn't want to change the food he was on right away and we're having trouble finding the brand only to find that they had it. I wasn't too fond of their selection in food bowls, specifically the slow feeder bowls.

Love Farm n Fleet favorite store!! Can't figure out the online system. Make sure you pick the right store. They can't fill the order if you pick the wrong store,which I did. Now transfers.

We’ve used their curbside pickup option a lot in the past couple years. They make it super convenient to drive around back and pick up your order. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. We really appreciate businesses that offer this service and do it well!

Great customer service Kelsey was very knowledgeable about the utility trailers and Kelsey did my paperwork in 30 minutes, she made it a very easy process. After struggling 3 days in a roll trying to buy a trailer at Lowe’s I should it just came here first. THANK YOU Kelsey!!!!

Was difficult finding an associate for assistance. They could have better customer service. We wanted to purchase a lawnmower and they didn't have much knowledge in different brands.

Great place! But the neighbors. Starbucks needs to swap with the burger King at Costco. Nothing says farmer like a soy latte with a splash of coconut water.

I had no problems finding the clothes i needed to find until i was looking for a stud finder. I asked a employee by the name of Cheyenne and she asked someone else on her mic and the other employee that was going to help me she told him when your done can you help this man right here. I said who are you talking about and she said you. I said i am not a man. She just looked me up and down and walked away. I reported her to a supervisor but i don't know if he had talked to her. It was rude,disrespectful and ignorant. She could have said when you're done can you help this customer right here. That's more professional!

This place is always great! Great customer service and they usually have what you're looking for. If you drive semi, they will allow you to park here but they are not responsible for your truck, trailer, or load. Thanks farm and fleet! Also there is a Road Ranger, Mobil, and a few places to eat within walking distance.

Love going to Blaine's. Have bought many things here. My mower being my favorite. But I shop every row ,don't want to miss a deal. The paint department is amazing with colors and products.
