Decent pharmacy with a wide selection. I use them infrequently when they have good prices. Check GoodRx to guide you, because Smith's is competitive on a lot of stuff. Their technicians are also quite helpful and happy, even the ones stocking the shelves are passionate about what they do.

The pharmacy is a joke! They are unable to fill prescriptions they tell you to pick up. Their system sends out reminders for RX's they don't have and management refused to talk to myself and my partner about the issues.

I used to love Smith's Pharmacy, but as soon as I needed a prescription on a monthly basis they started not having it in or would not order it. It was a constant fight to get the prescription. The pharmacist kept telling me they would make sure they had the prescription in, but every month I would be told the same thing. "We need to order your prescription in. We do not have it." I finally got sick of them making excuses for not having a prescription they promised me countless times they would have in and ready for me. I really need a pharmacy that is reliable and this pharmacy is not reliable!!!!

I just want to shout out Jean the pharmacy tech from Smiths in Springville I have never felt so taken care of and been so cared for. Jean really has helped me feel like they truly care about my health and has gone above and beyond to help me get the meds I needed and helped me navigate the whole thing! Jean you deserve a shout out and a raise for being the best employee I have ever dealt with at this smiths! Thank you for your ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service!!!!

Whether I am calling with questions or even asking questions at the counter the staff at this pharmacy is always friendly and a pleasure to work with. I have yet to run into what I believe is an issue, which is receiving two different brands of the same type of medication one bottle. Understand that if the pharmacy runs out and has to switch it up oh, well it is what it is. But because I have preferences it's nice that I haven't had to deal with the issue here at this Pharmacy. Thanks guys!

I prefer to shop at smiths but unfortunately the woman that we talked to was not very helpful. I had received text messages about prescriptions for my daughter and I but because of covid issues i have not been able to pick them up before they had to take them out and put them back. When i was finally able to go in the woman that "helped" me answered my questions with one word replies, and did the bare minimum to interact. The tech that checked me out though was super nice though. Maybe some training on customer service could be helpful.

Super slow, not very nice or helpful. The only redeeming factor is that there's a drive-thru, but they make you pull through and back around if the stars aren't aligned. I don't blame the people who work there. I feel like it's probably got more to do with a corporate environment than anything else. I miss my old pharmacy.

Smith's Pharmacy's policy is to stringent and their Pharmacists to uncaring. They have forgotten the "care" behind Healthcare. I travel to far and away places in Alaska for months at a time. Often there is no pharmacy available where I travel to. I expect a pharmacy to understand that my situation is unique. I encourage Pharmacists to verify my story with my Doctor, It is important to me that the Pharmacy that I use gives me the confidence that they will help me with my prescribed medicine. Smith's pharmacy refused to release me my prescribed medication; because, my only chance to fill my prescription was 2 days before their policy would permit.They wouldn't budge even after hearing that it would be months before I could visit another pharmacy and that I only had hours to fill the prescription. My insurance company would have paid for the medication and a call to the doctor could have verified my story. I do not have the confidence that the staff at Smith's Pharmacy will go the extra mile. I know Walmart doesn't have a drive up window, but they heard my story, called my doctor and then helped. Thanks Smith's your policies are real helpful and caring in a time of need. I almost feel bad for speaking my mind.

I am a type 1 diabetic and I need meds monthly. Every visit is kind and courteous. They're helpful to find the best priced options and quick to fill the Rx! Also I appreciate their hours so that I can go around my work schedule. Fabulous Pharmacy!

Staff is consistent, helpful and friendly. I find they actually do more than the average pharmacy. However they are rarely ever ready to help you at 9am when they open. Drive thru never opens on time. Don't plan on picking up your prescription in store or drive thru until 9:15. Employees come in 10 minutes after 9?
