If I could give zero stars I would, I come here everyday to do buissness deposits and the lines are outrageous and the tellers are extremely slow and act like they just don't want to be there. They always have 1-2 tellers open while the rest are just standing around or walking around doing absolutely nothing. The manager sees how busy it is and continues to do absolutely nothing. They have elderly people standing outside for hours and the lines get so long people have to stand in the parking lot nearly getting hit but every car speeding in the lot. They had one lady waiting for so long who was very elderly and she ended up falling and a CUSTOMER was the one to help her and walk her back to her car, the employees couldn't have cared less. There needs to be more employees or a new manager who knows how to manage a branch with high traffic. I've nearly passed out every day standing out there for hours under the hot sun. Wells Fargo you need to figure this out before you have a huge lawsuit on your hands for injuries on this site due to your negligent employees and practice.

I want to give zero stars... yes there is a lot of parking but where are the ATM's? They need more outside...and inside...the black ATM's must be hidden because I didn't see them...but then again I had to do a quick sweep...as the line continued to form and build as I was wondering and looking around. 2 of the avaliable ATMs are UNAVAILABLE to drive thru and be disappointed...I will be going else where

Terrible bank, especially business Bankers. They not much knowledgeable as every time they say something different. lazy and not motivated to do much work. Came here on Wednesday at 3:05PM told I could be helped with one of the business bankers (two of them) but only one banker (Jose Murillo) had a customer. Other bus banker were hiding behind teller desk. Told I’ll be helped when Jose done w the current appointment. Customer left his desk at 3:20. Then he disappeared, and none of the both bus bankers showed up until 4:10PM. Then I’ll be told I won’t be helped because both of their 4 o’clock appointments showed up which make sense. How about the 40mins that both of you didn’t have anyone to help, you just disappeared in the back. BTW branch was pretty empty

I wished I could give this place 0 stars. With all this epidemic stuff going on I used the mobile deposit to deposit my check and it was put on hold for 2 weeks! I was laid off a week ago and this was my last check. I went into this branch to try and get some help, I explained my situation and told them I had a family to feed and didn't have any money and they wouldn't help me. I asked for the manager and she also said the same thing. Didn't even try and make a phone call, move things around. At the end of the day that was poor customer service and very irritating that now I can't feed my kids because wells fargo put a hold on my check and can't give me MY money!

Quick & great service. Lines are long but move quickly. Tons of free parking is a plus even in the busiest hours here. Drive through is never backed up which is a added plus.

Complaint about in-person interaction with banker, Erika G. at the Pittsburg, CA branch on Railroad Ave yesterday, Thursday January 2nd around 10:00 am. I came to the branch yesterday morning as instructed by one of the phone representatives in the Claims Department to complete the process of closing my account and establishing a new one due to fraudulent activity. Erika seemed friendly initially asking how I was doing today but immediately after I explained that I wasn't feeling well (sick), the interaction went downhill. Erika G was very condescending and unwilling to help. She just batted her extended eye lashes repeatedly and offered no support stating that it would take 24 hours and up to 10 days for claims to resolve my issues. She even stated that if I went to another branch they couldn't help either. Well, I did just that and banker, Rapa at the Clayton Rd branch in Concord was very helpful.

TERRIBLE MISTAKE COMING TO THIS LOCATION THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS THE WORST HELEN THE TELLER WAS SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE EMPLOYEE SHE WAS TALKING TO ME IN A RUDW WAY AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT SHE WAS TALKING TI HER CO WORKER AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO MY TRANSACTION I TALKED TO THE MANAGER AT THE FRONT AND HE DID NOT CARE AT ALL (he was probably in his late 20s tall skinny with a horrible attitude too He looks Latino am not sure? black short hair ) I FELT LIKE I WAS BUYING TOMATOES ON A ST STAND!!!! I THINK I WOULD GET BETTER SERVICE FROM THAT THAN THE ONE I GOT HERE

Crowded parking along with a small parking lot makes this location a poor choice if in a hurry. If you are not rushed, then access is difficult, but available here. I avoid this location personally.....

Just the first and last time to see this location worst personal not even trying to help the only thing they said obstacles to trying cash one check ,the banker never help me I was waiting for help and he just ignore me and help other people jumping my turn he said "I think u don't speak English " that's he excuse Trust me people avoid if it's possible this location so I decided going to other location on 18 st Antioch and the personal are more professional they try to help me with my check and they make possible cash with different opción they have on they way not on my way
