Awful. Ordered two pizzas. One was Half and half. With only one half having a topping. The other was Detroit style thick crust. Both were over cooked, and my son said the thick crust one was so bland he thought he had Covid. Never again. Domino's is right up the street. This location is terrible. Waited at the drive-thru for 5 minutes before being helped. Nobody was at the front or the window. It's clear that the manager needs to be fired as this place has been understaffed and unorganized for months. Nothing is ever ready and I'm always told it will be a 20-30 minute wait. This has happened my last 4 visits in the past 3 months. The only reason to come here was the convenience and without that they have nothing to offer. Will not be coming back here anymore. If for some reason you still want Little Ceasars you're much better off driving to the south El Monte location as you'll get better quality and probably get your order faster.

Pizza was amazing, price was only $6. Great place to go when you're on the budget. So it's hot and ready plus they have breadsticks and 2 liters of drinks.

Worst customer service from. The moment i went inside the no greeting big long fave they look ssso unhappy and ivwent around and order some chicken wings through the window omg this girl rolling her eyes I'm telling a night mare with this cashier's I don't understand why there's unhappy NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!!!!

This place never has their stuff together. Usually makes you wait 20 minutes to 30 minutes for crazy bread. I went on different occasions and the results were the same. Same with pepperoni pizza.

The worst place to order in town. There are 2 other little Caesars in town better in terms of service, speed, & quality! They have little to no respect for anyone's time and they will make you wait in the lobby for 20 minutes without greeting the customer. Yes! Even when it's empty! I've lived here for 20+ years. And I always instantly regret ordering from this particular location.

Food was yummy and kids approved. My kids especially loves the breadsricks. We have been there already 3 times this week. Love that this location has a drive thru. The only thing you need to be prepared for is to wait 10 minutes for breadsricks. 2 out of 3 times I had to wait. But overall, love 💘 the food and price is very affordable.

Ordered on the app at 2:05pm for pick up at pizza portal as I usually do. This location on the app allowed for selection between portal or drive thru pick up. I selected portal because it didn't make sense to me to wait in a drive-thru line when I can just run in and grab it from the portal. I arrived early and parked to wait for notification that my order was loaded into the portal as I have done many times before. I noticed another customer walk up to the doors and try to enter only for the doors to be locked. I then checked the time and realized that it was almost 10minutes past the 2:21-2:26 pick up window. No notification, no email. I realized that they have the lobby closed, understandable with the Covid stuff, however, the app shows portal pick up is avaliable for this location. I got into the drive thru line and waited. Upon getting to the window I showed Assistant Manager Sadie my phone with the order info on it and commented that they should look at having their online ordering updated to reflect that they are drive thru only at this time. Sadie informed me that "thats really not my problem" and that she would get it for me. I then watched her walk to a counter between the kitchen and front of house and pick up my pizza and breadsticks that have been sitting there for unknown time (this is now 15-20 minutes after my original pickup window) without temperature control. Im very disappointed with this location today.

I used to love going to this Little Caesars cause the drive thru would make things easier especially with my little one. Today when I went I got this pizza completely uncut and the cut you see on the pizza that’s how I was given the pizza. I called to complain and they didn’t even try to make up for this. Won’t be coming back.
