We went in to purchase a new phone. Juan was so helpful, also very polite. First time visiting that store an I was very impressed. Very clean an other customers practice social distancing. I will definitely visit again for mobile services.

I went in yesterday during the last half of my lunch break. I asked what the timeframe was for an upgrade because I had 20 minutes left before I returned to work. Diana let me know that I would be able to upgrade my phone within 10 minutes. Sure enough she was able to assist me within the timeframe and provided great customer service.
