My pizza was doughy. Not cooked throughout. I had hand tossed dough. Their were lil to none toppings that I paid 4. Very disappointed. Not ordering again!

Called here to place an order, asked for the specials and they refused to tell me unless I gave them my address. I told them I'm in their delivery area and pick up/delivery would depend on the specials. He just kept repeating "I need your address" and would not telle the specials. I called the Cerritos location and will be going there from now on.

This store is always consistent. On time and kind. I always order online, do curb side pickup or walk in. Once in while there's a kid that handled the curb side pickup order and he's super nice. He always take the time to compliment my cars and I genuinely think he's just being nice.

Just ordered a pizza and the pizza I ordered was incorrect. I called and PATTY was rude, argued with me and hung up in my face. She did not want to make it and left a bad taste in my mouth. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

08/16/2022:: I ordered what I almost always order, A large hand tossed extra cheese,extra beef,extra pineapple w/light sauce. what I got was one of the worst pizzas of my life. I always ask for light sauce because regular is just too much IMO but light sauce doesn't mean NO sauce it just means not as much as regular.My pizza had basically no sauce hardly any cheese or toppings are on it.Its so dry and tasteless we found it to be uneatable. I called the store kind of expecting not to be taken very seriously and I was feeling a little frustrated ,irritated and put out but almost immediately my attitude was calmed by the manager and his willingness to make it right. he offered me another pizza that I can pick up tomorrow and even called back to find out what time we want it so it will be ready for us.So far I'm not impressed with this stores pizza[ Hopefully that will change] I am very impressed with the manager here[ Hopefully that won't change]. I'll try to update tomorrow if pizza is better or same I know for a fact it won't be worse lol(update pizza was almost perfect. Idk why but they just can't understand the concept of light sauce versus no sauce but it was a pretty good pizza anyway)

I ordered with extra cheese and extra sauce and they added the least amount of sauce, pizza is almost dry and regular amount of cheese. Today was my cheat day, I'm not happy

We ordered 2 large pizza and 40 pieces of Buffalo wings but we only got 34 pieces. I know for sure that Wings comes with ranch but we got nothing. We're not going to order to this place again 😒.

Order took over 75 minutes to get here. When it got here it was cold, and it wasn't the correct order. I called to speak with them and was told "I would have to come in for them to do something." That sort of defeats the purpose of pizza delivery don't you think? Note the picture, clearly not extra sauce we ordered.... It barely has anything on it. Also was missing all the extra sauces we ordered.

It was only two people working, but they got it RIGHT! and fast. Umberto gave me great customer service and Kevin made my pizza delicious. Really hooked me up on the toppings.
