Charged me 115.00 and didn't change my oil or anything.......I am out of town at the moment it was about 2 months ago, I had a female bring it down there and I paid 115.00 we still have the receipt I have had the oil changed properly since then, but I don't have a problem coming there when I make my way back in town......

These people had myself and other customers sitting in hot cars while they were eating and talking in the office. Took my debit card to pay for my services and just stayed gone. I had to literally yell Hello before my card was brought back. Then I guess that upset the guy because he didn't even direct me out of the bay area. I will NEVER go back.

Just went a week ago. They changed my oil in my car, in a timely manner. And was given a car wash with my purchase of an oil change. And they also checked my water level. For under $50 bucks. Awesome service you guys. Will definitely be going back for another oil change.

New to the area and looking for a place to quickly get my oil changed. Went by in the fall of 2020, but the price was astronomically high. As high as any oil lube I’ve been to. Did not want to use them that day because of the cost. Decided to give them another run in May 2021 and patiently waited for 25 minutes, then they let another guy going ahead of me Who came in after me. I asked and inquired and was told 10 more minutes, but upon mentioning that I was there first, the service manager said “we are doing the best we can.“ Yes, they were definitely working, but customer service entails method and method means servicing people who will arrive earlier than others. Excuses and rationale unwanted and unwarranted. Not saying they’re not decent guys, I’m just saying that there’s no way that I’m going to pay 70+ dollars after waiting 35-40 minutes and someone else goes ahead of me. I have places to be and kids to pick up. After two tries, I’m done with this place.

Jason, the Supervisor is a person I trust to not only tell me but he shows me the part that needs replacing and why - if I want to. He has never pushed anything on me. He's a hard working person, enjoys helping other's, he is a man of faith. Thank you Jason and the crew for your year's of service.

I went by Tuesday and nice man came out and told him I had a code 82. Well to make a long story short I had another two thousand miles left before it needed changing. He was so nice and helpful.
