I don't get to have wings, or even meat often, so when I do, I come here first! Lemon pepper wings are so good, honestly, it's all good. The fries are delicious, I will always recommend

All I can say is Wow, I was in line at store and the cashier mistakenly rang up some of my items to the gentleman in front of me, I said oh that is mine, he turned to me and said I have it, U have supported me all these years and I will get those for you! That man was Sam the owner! I appreciate you and I will always support your business! Now that is one great person!!

Best wing stop in northeast Ohio. Food is just the best, service is good too. Sammy is great, as is Mitch. Previously I had this rated as four stars, my pocket literally probably did that because this place is never anything but five stars. You guys rock!

Being from Mentor, now living in Minnesota, I couldn't wait to pay Wingstop a visit. Fast & friendly, but most important - the wings are great! I ordered traditional (bone in) hot wings, cooked extra crispy. They were perfectly cooked and had really great flavor. I like really hot, so I'd probably bump up the heat level a bit, but for most I think they'd find them spicy enough. If you're looking for some great wings, stop a the Wingstop!

The service was amazing! The crew was very accommodating given it was close to closing time. My food was hot and fresh, and they also provided extra sauce at no additional cost.

We got the 50 pc party pack and it was awesome!! 7 of us ate and there is still some left! The only reason for a 4 is because I didnt receive cheesy fries, they were just seasoned. I'm sure if I checked first, they would've corrected it (very nice staff) but, when I got to my destination it was too late. This is a definite recommendation! Follow me on IG @mother_beast

I did an online order that was delivered by DoorDash and my food was hot and fresh. Everything was delicious, some of the best boneless wings I’ve ever had.. garlic parmesan and plain. The cheese fries were good, wasn’t a big fan of the fry seasoning (they tasted kind of sweet), but I think you can get them plain, which I will try next time. The rolls were buttery, which I like. Received my order quickly. Will be a returning customer!

I’m upset with myself for not writing a review sooner. I’ve been getting food from here for a couple years now and it’s always hot, fresh, and accurately prepared. Inside of restaurant is always clean. The highlight of this location is the manager/owner! His friendliness and level of customer service that he provides to the customers is outstanding!!!
