Great shopping experience. They need to catch up with the times though, more online, more reason to use a app or secondary product, and more customer pay forms(apple pay, cashapp) but overall great store.

Good luck trying to find an employee. The clearance price on children's clothes were quite fair. The quality of the clothes was good.

The customer service in the jewelry department was fantastic! We found this beautiful snowflake necklace that I wear almost everyday, even though I am traveling in Florida currently. The woman who answered all of our questions was very knowledgeable and did not seem bothered to do her job and answer our questions. My partner bought a sick looking watch as well. We walked out of here thinking that was the best Dillard's we had ever been too.

I love Dillards! They have a great selection of clothing, jewelry, shoes, and cosmetics. Today I was shopping for Lancome (cosmetics) and my favorite Lancome lady was working! Her name is Judy and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. She will go above and beyond to help you choose what is the best for your skin. You can also call her and have your purchases shipped for free if you are not able to shop in person. I also went shopping for Vionic shoes. Dillards has a great selection of quality shoes to choose from. I highly recommend Dillards at the Galleria Mall to everyone!

Sale item still over priced here. To get the true sale price you have to Apply for a Dillards credit card what a scam. Have A three day return policy on sale items or exchange it. Customer Service was helpful and exchange it but all in all not the best shopping experience wonder why they’re closing down all over the state.
