This Wamart Store is just an convenience!!!! I only go here when I just need to pick up a few items!!! The parking is terrible, and they are always out of items that I need!!! The store is always a mess and they are never fully stocked!!! Everything is cramped up!!! And there's always a shortage of sales associates!!! The lines are always long, even in the self check-out!!! And the prices are going up!!! It's ridiculous 😒 I 'd rather much go to the Florissant store because they are a little more organized and the store is much more cleaner and the parking is great!!! ~Rita

honestly everything's well priced and people usually mind their own business. there's a lot of security cameras so keep that in mind !! overall really good experience in the store :)) ~jackson

Needed some slacks for work. The place seems much more organized than other times I've been in. It was clean. The staff were friendly. The 3 star is due to the fact that they had very little product in stock. In the entire store I only found 2 pairs of slacks at my size. More stock would have been a much better score. ~Lloyd

Terrible quality and awful customer service. I bought a pair of shoes in a bind and they fell apart within an hour. Brought them back within 24 hours and the owner would not refund my money. She insisted that repairing the tips would cost $4, but I phoned several cobblers--and put them on speaker-- they all quoted between $15 & $20. She would not refund that much. Everything in the store is junky. I can live with junk that lasts more than 24 hours. But this is too much. The store has signs that note 14-day refund period, but the owner claimed to me that all shoe sales are final--even though nothing in signs say as much. I believe that this woman is engaged in deceptive business practices and I am contacting the authorities. I tried to deal with her directly about this situation, and she was rude, arrogant and unbending. I can only imagine how many people she has ripped off. ~Ana

I love Dillards! They have a great selection of clothing, jewelry, shoes, and cosmetics. Today I was shopping for Lancome (cosmetics) and my favorite Lancome lady was working! Her name is Judy and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. She will go above and beyond to help you choose what is the best for your skin. You can also call her and have your purchases shipped for free if you are not able to shop in person. I also went shopping for Vionic shoes. Dillards has a great selection of quality shoes to choose from. I highly recommend Dillards at the Galleria Mall to everyone! ~Noelle
