Dollar Tree

I went into the Ferguson, Missouri Dollar Tree on 02/12/22 at 915am. I witnessed the best customer service. I haven't seen this in a while. One of the workers was personally assisting a customer pick out items for Valentine's Day. The customer was so please with the service he looked like he had conquered a giant. And it was all because she took time to help him. Then I was looking for an item and ask a different worker where I could find it. He walked me to the area it should've been in but it was out of stock. He didn't leave it at that.... He apologized for not having it. It was the best shopping experience I've witnessed since the pandemic hit. Thank you both for putting a smile on a Customers face! ~Tonya

Walmart Supercenter

This Wamart Store is just an convenience!!!! I only go here when I just need to pick up a few items!!! The parking is terrible, and they are always out of items that I need!!! The store is always a mess and they are never fully stocked!!! Everything is cramped up!!! And there's always a shortage of sales associates!!! The lines are always long, even in the self check-out!!! And the prices are going up!!! It's ridiculous ๐Ÿ˜’ I 'd rather much go to the Florissant store because they are a little more organized and the store is much more cleaner and the parking is great!!! ~Rita

Dollar Tree

This Dollar Tree has a pretty good selection, especially of summer decor. I also found some useful bath and body products, and of course they're the go to for gift bags, bows, tissue paper, etc. The cashier was also wonderfully personable and fun to talk to. Some people actually enjoy customer service, and you could tell she was one of them. She is an asset to the store. However, the freezers in the back were leaking all over the floor, with only broken-down boxes to soak up the water. No idea if the items were safe to buy. I didn't risk it. I had also heard that Dollar Tree had pride merch, but I didn't see any at this point (late May). ~R

Schnucks Creve Coeur

This is an older store but they still have a full working bakery and they make better donuts than some of the other Schnucks. Iโ€™m specifically talking about the glazed croissant which is fabulous at this location. Kudos to the bakers who are consistent and figured out how to not under or over cook it. On this alone I give 5 stars. Next I check out their deli and see if I can get my salami cut the way Iโ€™d like. Many of the other Schnucks donโ€™t like to cut it shaved and I get big attitude. Report back later. ~Your

Dierbergs Markets - Warson Woods

This is the first Dierbergs I ever set foot in when I moved to Missouri in 1996. They were playing classical music overhead and everyone was wearing aprons and bow ties. Things have changed quite a bit since then but they still have a great selection in a well laid out space. They are not particularly good price fighters but they do have great quality products; particularly if you are having a hard time finding something, this is the place to look for it. They are my go-to spot for fresh mushrooms in particular. ~C
