I was in there the other night and bought the vinegar coleslaw it was laying out on plate it tastes very dry had no taste to it. They need to put it in a bowl where the juices stay together not dry out :(

Last night, they closed all the [non-self checkout] cashier registers early (around 9:40 PM) forcing everyone to do self check-out. I had a cart full of groceries ($230 worth) and this was very inconvenient to do. I was dropping my groceries behind the self-checkout station since I ran out of space to put my groceries on. I asked the employees/supervisor if they could check me out at a non-self checkout register, since I had so many groceries, and they admitted to me they “counted down and closed all the [non-self checkout] cash registers already.” The store hours are advertised as until 10 PM, which means I should be able to checkout through then by an attendant. I thought this was very poor customer service, unprofessional, and beyond absurd, and a way for them just to try and get out early. Look, the employees are really nice - but closing the [non-self checkout] cash registers that early and forcing everyone to do self-checkout was very unprofessional and RIDICULOUS. I come to this location every week and buy $130 - $200+ worth of groceries each week. Maybe I should go somewhere else as they clearly don’t appreciate or respect their customers.

This is one of my favorite locations. Their self checkout's has been acting up as of late. Friendly staff, customer service is excellent. Always well-stocked and clean.

I went there to pick up two strawberry cakes that was on sale for Mother's Day the young lady in the bakery set that they would not be ready yet they were just now making them if I would do my shopping and then come back I told her this was not my neighborhood store but we drive to your store because we feel safe at senior citizens at your store you have you have very kind and generous employees at your store everybody goes out of their way to help you with anything you need at this Schnucks store in Lemay sabacc to the young lady at the bakery she asked if we could come back I asked my husband and she said we'll just wait a minute she went back and I seemed up with the whip topping and strawberries and done up the two cakes for my family for Mother's Day what a sweetheart I hope she had as great as Mother's Day as I did for her helping and providing those cakes for my family for the holiday your employees go way Far and Beyond you have an excellent store thank you for letting the senior citizens feel safe at your store other words my store would be the one on Lindell or Bellefontaine 270

Has always been one of my favorite grocery stores. I still have trouble not calling it shop n save. Great liquor section for a smaller store.

Learned how to ride a bike behind this store 22 years ago when it was shopnsave! Ran into the wall with nails and had all the older kids watching me getting high lol. Shopnsave no more, bean house no more, Lemay pizza no more? I mean the only few cool places in lemay are gone. What’s left now the donut stop

This store has a very limited selection compared with other Schnucks stores. The bakery is particularly sparse. Diet Pepsi is often not in stock. The frozen food section is also not impressive. I wish I had a more convenient Schnucks location to use. The store itself is not as pleasing visually as other Schnucks stores. It seems the company cares more about other locations than the Lemay store.
