They are never open, and customer service is horrible when they are there!!! Sometimes you’ll see the workers in the store but they keep the doors locked. I’ve even heard the employees say they don’t wanna be there and they’d rather be out enjoying their day and all they have to do is lock the door and still be on the clock!!!!! This store is losing money more than it brings it cause of the employees they hire!!!! It’s ridiculous to have a store so close to home but you have to travel just to go to one that is open!!!!!

I thought it was getting better after they got a new crew but they dont want to work either they hardly ever stay open past 7:30 pm and they dont open til 10 am at earliest. No carts nothing stocked . Give these people that want to work a job these folks at fd are always trying to get out of there

The store is very messy and unorganized. The staff is lazy and very unprofessional. They closed the store early because they said they had to unload the truck. They did not announce this when I came in the store. The manager said I had to get out because they have truck. She is very rude and unprofessional. I've also heard this same manager cussing and acting really ghetto when I came to the store on previous visits. The parking lot and area next to it is filthy. The store looks ran down. The manager that is always being loud and ghetto needs to be fired.

Yes, A lot of Family Dollars are in the Black Community, But this one here is out-of-order. Grass never cut, empty boxes piled high by the dumpsters, always getting robbed, they need new equipment, especially when cards are being used, The Family Dollar Truck makes a lot of deliveries and the same merchandise is their from a month ago, dollies filled with boxes of product in the isles, had no baskets for min, because folks stole them, had hand held baskets. The staff is very cool, always cordial with me, it’s not their fault they working under those circumstances.

This place is not good at all. They open and close whenever they want. You never know when their open. Half the time they dont take card and the other half they not taking cash. It's never both. The store is nasty. Most of the time it's not stocked anymore. Just a horrible store in general. Just went over and they are closed. Looking out my window I have seen 6 different cars pull up and pull off cause store close. I would hate to be the owner cause they lose more money than they bring in. Update:Hahaha its closed again 10/8/21 4pm another unsuccessful visit. It's been 2 more before this update, but I just decided to add other times I go and they aren't open. Update. Closed yet again 4:37 p on 10/12.
