They always close before time I stop in at 9:20 and store was closed the staff was stocking and just looked at me I guess the make their own time not 10pm I guess

Was only in the store for about 10 minutes but one of the employees had a curse word in every sentence while I was there. Didn't appreciate it and didn't want to interrupt the conversation so I left with nothing. Didn't even bother to ask about what I was looking for.

This store gets 1 star because they don't honor their coupons! I went in the store with their coupon on 7/28/2019. I purchased their deal of Angel Soft Tissue and Sparkle Paper Towels. When I go to the register to checkout, the clerk says the computer will not accept their coupon. I spoke to the Asst. Manager, who could not make any decisions. Okay, that was crazy. Why are you holding that position? He told me to come back tomorrow. I went back there this morning all to find out from the so-called "Manager", Laretta, that it is for another store that was having a grand opening; even though I used the other coupon from the same flyer earlier this month. IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE! Also, there's no reading on the flyer about having to go to the exact Grand Opening Store. The coupon expired 7/28/2019 and Family Dollar needs to honor that! Ijs...get real! Needless to say, Family Dollar doesn't have to worry about my business again. Unless, corporate corrects this problem, I'm done with "Family" Dollar.
