Lots of equipment, but the space needs a deep clean. Women's restroom is always out of toilet paper and not clean.

For starters, most of the cardio equipment doesn't work or it malfunctions. The bathrooms are filthy. Most of the weights are not in their proper location. A lot of the free weights and benches are fairly damaged. I will continue my membership because it is the type of gym that I need. But improvements are sorely necessary.

This gym is DISGUSTING. No matter where you go there are dirty paper towels either on the floor or on the machines and there are way too many employees sitting at desks for it to look like this. Speaking of employees, you will feel invisible because no one greets you as you check in or leave. They are too busy on their phones and always look angry. The floor is gross and looks like it hasn't been cleaned or replaced in 50 years. The weights are never where they should be, seats on machines are ripped, duct tape is how things are repaired, over half of the cardio machines upstairs don't work and the locker rooms are filthy and smell. You're lucky if you can find toilet paper and the "soap" is pure water. I am looking for another gym (even though I know they try to make the cancelation process impossible) and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Old equipment needs updated. 1 Elliptical didn't have a start button, moved on to the next and no pedal, moved onto the 3rd and the handle grips were torn off, not to mention the machines are rusted! Thank goodness for the classes they offer, they are amazing!

I go to the Zumba and AquaFit classes. Gym is always clean, employees are friendly, and there are always lockers available to store your personal items while you workout. Membership fees are definitely reasonable with all the perks you receive.

I am a new member of this gym, and my sister recommended it to me. I like the space, atmosphere, and locker rooms. However, there is some REALLY old equipment in the gym. Dumbbells are falling apart, barbell racks are wonky, and it is overall not an updated space. Also, I know some places are short-staffed so this may be the case but there are weights everywhere! No one puts their weights back up, there are no employees walking around cleaning or organizing the place so it can look nice and customers can find the weights they need. For $32.99/month, I would expect higher attention to detail from the staff. Mind you this is at 6 a.m. and they just opened at 5 a.m. Other than this, the Zumba classes are awesome, and the staff I met during the busier hours were cool and welcoming. Please do better so your customers are happier and are more likely to recommend people to sign up for this gym! Thanks!

Nice people /staff but the other esporta Finesses in cleveland are definitely kept up much better. Edit: they have gotten much better at keeping the locker room looking decent. So weights/equipment is pretty old and needs to be updated, but it's a good gym.
