The team here is so inviting and the workout is great! I’m still in the beginning stages of getting back in shape, (darn covid!) and they help you to go at your own pace and yet are able to push me at the same time. The studio is clean and welcoming. I love it and signed up for the membership to help motivate myself!

I have been a member of Barre 3 Legacy for 3 years, it is by far the best exercise program I have had the pleasure to enjoy. It covers strength, conditioning, balance, mindful breathing, and relaxation. The instructors are great, always offering a different twist to their routines. The patrons, young and senior always have a smile because everyone is happy to be there sweating together. If you haven't tried it you should I'm sure you'll find the workout challenging and fun.

I started as a client at barre3 Legacy Village when the studio opened in early 2015. Later that year I trained to become an instructor. Since then I've had the privilege of bringing this incredible workout to this amazing community, while also still getting to be a client myself and take class. I love barre3 for its accessibility...there truly is something in it for everyone at any level, and that is not easy to find in a group fitness setting. It provides a challenging, full-body workout while still offering options to honor your body as it is in the moment. There is a true warmth created by the people in this space that you simply must experience for yourself!

I’ve been to barre3 in several different cities and this studio is really fantastic. Not only is it a beautiful space to be in, but the instructors are great. I began my journey at B3 LV in 2018 when I was new to the area and instantly fell in love with the space. The studio not only offers an amazing workout, but also a warm community and environment that feels like home. My journey has included becoming an instructor, two kids, two houses, and three jobs. Barre3 has been the consistency through it all, and I have loved every moment. Teaching and taking classes through both of my pregnancies and postpartum is something I will always cherish. The studio itself is super clean and well taken care of. Liz, who runs the studio, is not only one of the best instructors, but also incredibly kind and welcoming.
