I went to pump Gas this morning on a lady who was attending a the register told me she couldn't take my order because I was not wearing a face mask I haven't been able to get ahold of one face mask and the old one ran out so I could not pump gas. I live across from the gas station I spend thousands of dollars each year in this gas station I will be taking my bussines to the shell gas station now. if you are a public business you have to act like 1

There’s no gas. People are waiting in looonng line thinking there’s gas. Nobody from the gas station is coming out side to explain that there’s NO gas. We had go inside. They don’t know when the next truck is coming not even an estimate.

My overall experience was good, my cashier Manuel was very polite and friendly he helped me out 4 bags of ice in my trunk, but when I was done after waiting hours to get gas as I was pulling out a lady who works at the gas station directing traffic ibwent to ask her a question and she fell off the deep end screaming at me and giving me attitude I understand she's been in this heat for hours but that's no reason to be rude and nasty to customers she wouldn't even let me ask my question she cursed me out she shouldn't be doing this job if she can't handle it.

I have never experienced such a disgusting experience getting a Something at a gas station. There where two clerks one being the Manager who treated me disgusting due to the fact that I chose to let people go ahead of me because I waited for her employee to ring me up (who is very nice) Now I believe she is racist because she wanted to refuse to ring me up after he helped me with a price check and when I had gotten back in line he was helping someone else. I told her she is the most unprofessional manager I know. And not to take anything personally for no unkind words were ever spoken to her. Don't be mad because no one complements you. & that I had never and will never speak to someone the way she has to me. Then I wished her a good day. (I will be writing the review in Spanish)

ONLY GAS STATION, IN THE ENTIRE HAMMOCKS, FL LOCATION, THAT DO NOT ANSWER THEIR BUSINESS PHONE, AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY.. YET, I SEE THE "MANGER" OUTSIDE THE PREMISES CONSTANTLY USING HER OWN CELL PHONE ENGAGED ON CONVERSATIONS.. THIS IS THE ONE AND ONLY GAS STATION AROUND A 5 MILES RADIUS, THAT WON'T PICK UP OR CRASH ANSWER THEIR PHONE.. WHERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE?? SOMEWHERE IN PERU?? From where the "Manager" Eliana is from??? WHY BOTHER, Like I said NOT THE ONLY GAS STATION.. SORRY! Is SO SAD.. YOU JUST LOST MY BUSINESS!!

Easily accessible and the staff is always very friendly. Pumps are also in good condition, the crash wash isn't at its best though.
