Worst customer service !!!! The cashier never stopped talking on the phone. She has ignored every costumer who entered to consume in this business! I hope the owner see these comments and change the employees! ASAP Zero manners and rudeness!

Customer service is not great but I guess what do you expect from a gas station, I use the Exxon Mobile app, there is no way I’m ever using my card in a gas station. The 2 starts are for customer service and location. Coming from the south of Biscayne trying to get to this station stinks.

Usually don't go in to the inside just pump gas and leave. This morning I really had to use the bathroom. I would not use a gas station bathroom unless I absolutely had to. Anyways, none of the employees even acknowledged me and when I finally figured out that the bathrooms were outside I asked the woman on her cellphone which direction they were in she said outside. Finally found the bathrooms get there and woman cleaning wouldn't let me use them. Mind you there are 2 and a guy just walked out of one.

Gas is pretty cheap there, never had any problems there,even late at night the area seemed pretty safe,but you should still be on your guard.

Payment at pumps often does not work properly. Claims to be a Plenti Partner, yet the pumps do not allow you to actually use the plenti card. I would never come here again if it wasn't next to my job (I work from my car, I often need gas midshift)

The attendants here are completely disrespectful! The cashier Jose an older Spanish Male with glasses, did not know how to split the payment when given partial cash and card, instead, after applying the plenti reward credit, took my cash and then charged me the full amount, minus the plenti credit. When addressing that the amount he charged my card was incorrect he gave me a receipt worth the credit for my cash and told me I either put in the amount he gave me back in credit for gas or he give me a full refund. All the while he bashed me in Spanish assuming that I didn't speak Spanish! When I then responded to him in Spanish letting him know that I understood what he was saying, he then told me that I can take my money else where that it isnt any good at that location! It's fine, you lose a customer, but how insulting, this guy Jose seems racist and its unacceptable at this day in time, I am a darker shade Hispanic and speak perfect English. Jose was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and a poor choice of a hire for this gas station because if he is what Exxon employees are like, Exxon you can stay with your Jose and I will definitely be taking my money else where!!
