I feel bad for this store they said family dollar won't help them with security. So you gotta wait and be let in and locked in and let out when they let you out. Smh

This store needs entire new staff of employees and they need to hire more of them as well as shelves rarely stocked. But they do have most of what you need for fairly cheap. Fantastic location.

I wouldn't dare tell a person to shop there ..they unprofessional the store be cluttered and the floors don't be cleaned and they be to be busy talking and gossiping instead of doing they job in the store...and my honest opinion they need to be closed period

I'm not sure who is writing these reviews, but they must be mistaking this location for a different one. I frequent this family dollar because I live in the neighborhood. Unfortunately I have more negative feedback than positive. Where do I start.....The parking lot is littered with trash, their is a woman always begging right outside the front door, The shelves are never stocked or the stock is sitting in the isle. The staff is congregating and not working to put out stock or ring out customers. Most of the staff have a nasty attitude and is not helpful. This location needs to be closed, remodeled, and new staff should be hired. Maybe we will get a updated store once the demographic changes from the development. It is sad this has to occur before we value a neighborhood store.

I ask for help with trying to find just a simple pencil sharpener and come to find out their were none, not even in the make up isle. That's how bad it was. Poor owner 😞. Imagine how much money they lost out on?

The store looked like a disaster area. I was bot greeted when entering or when I approached the register to check out. Two employees were behind the register. The fact that it was only myself in the location and 2 other customers would suggest the 2 employees had plenty of opportunity to work the floor and make sure the aisles were able to be accessed safely. They poorly mismanaged their time at work by speaking about another employee who apparently called off work causing them to be understaffed. They spoke loudly and used ample amount of profanity that could be heard in the rear of the store. They only stopped swearing as they saw me approaching the counter. To say this is highly inapp and unprofessional would be an understatement. I was embarrassed by the appearance of the store and the surrounding grounds entering the store . I did eventually find the 3 items I was looking for which was a challenge within itself.
